SERVice great!!!
This place has three problems. One - its location. Two - it occupies a massive space. Three - the price of its steaks. Unfortunately I think this place is destined for failure for those three reasons.
The food was very average and the steak was so-so. I am not wishing failure on this place, quite the opposite, but they seriously need to revaluate trying to charge $38 for a rib eye. They charge the price of the top steak houses in Manhattan, yet fail miserably to deliver on anything that those restaurants provide.
News flash - you are in Queens. And unless you step up the quality of the food, adjust your prices as well as do something about the vibe of the restaurant (your space is huge and you are not pulling off the "old boys club" vibe quite like you think you are) you are going to go out of business.Nov 7, 2008
