Let's be clear: those two visits happened right after the charge went through. The facility was already in poor condition, and I drove away with dirty mats. The last time I was there, I cancelled immediately after attempting to clean my car and realizing their machines were not working. After that, I chose not to return -- and I still don't plan to return until November 27. Today is November 7. So they're keeping my money for services I'm not using, and that were not fully functional to begin with. They may call that policy. I call that a rip-off.

My favorite things are the shaded vacuum areas and the tiny air gun that you can use to blow water out of seams and mirrors , and to blow dust out of your dashboard and console areas. My Tesla has a white interior and I have been at car washes where they keep on re-using the rags; That does not work in my car! RSJ brings along tons of neat and clean rags to do the job. I discovered this neon yellow foam sprayed and STUCK all down the passenger and underneath sides of my car. I tried a drive-thru car wash. Then I scrubbed one panel for over an hour and a half. Finally, I took my car to RSJ and they were able to get my car clean.* They were so kind. They gave me a fair quote. They did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I will use them again and recommend you do as well! *They need to use a clay bar to remove the small amount of residue from the foam. Unfortunately, they were out. But, they plan to call me when it is in stock to finish that process. Even with the small residue, my car is so much better. I'm very pleased.
