I really enjoy going to Casade especially for the hands on portion of service they give. My vehicle comes out looking good as new. The attention to detail is awesome. Do not under any circumstance bring your car here if you have an expensive car, dark/black paint or care about your paint in general. They do not know how to wash cars properly and will use nasty looking old rags on your car that will leave scratches everywhere. I had my car paint corrected a week ago and brought it here since it's been raining and couldn't get a detailer to wash the exterior. Wish I would've never ham them wash my car. read more

I have been going to Cascade for 4 years and always been content with their services. The manager was always friendly and had great people skills. However, after my last experience I will NEVER go back. The woman taking my information over charged me, the other manager did not say a word to me and after getting home to review their work I was very upset. They had not vacuumed my car!! I called the manager at that very moment and the manager I had dealt with yesterday picked up. I explained my situation and he was NOT helpful, he denied any sort of refund, did not take responsibility for anything and after i offered to send photos of the car he said no. That manager lost a loyal customer and after stating that, he hung up. Be warned Caskade customers! The owners do not appreciate their customers and will not rectify their mistakes. Took my truck to get detailed on Tuesday. I was very excited when dropping it off with the price they were asking I knew it would be very good. I was told 3 hrs gave them 4 got there it still wasn't ready. Sat there waiting another hour. Went out side and it was still soaked on the inside. One seat was not cleaned but couldn't tell u til today because I had to drop the brood for service the next day and am just getting it back today. My cup holder is stained. When asked about it was told he dipped it in hot water and he was sorry. The door controllers are now stained. The floors are still wet and the stain in the back seat is still there. It would be ok if he mentioned that he wasn't able to get it out, but instead it was hidden by the mats that I took up once I got home to help dry faster. I am really disappointed with the service that I received. The quality of service was horrible, it took a long time, and was not worth the amount that I paid. Very disappointed but I will go back to see if they will at least clean my back seat that I think he forgot to do. read more

Took 2 cars here today, 1 military GSA and personal car. Outside wash and tires look great. Inside vacuum and interior were terrible. Looked like they barely touched inside of car. Will have to find someplace that pays attention to detail and cares about their work. read more

Michelle you let me down, Great conversation with the staff. Bad quality of workmanship. Visit from Ca to get a good old car wash and vacuum. They couldn't even vacuum the seats right. The vacuum portion was the very first thing in the list and the excuse we were given to have them redone was that " but man there's a long line" by the guy in the red shirt with the glasses, and all he could do was wipe off the seats. I made a Yelp account just for this place so no one will make the same mistake if they are from out of town and looking for a half ass car wash/ vacuum....this place cannot vacuum worth a damn.. I literally told Mishell that we needed a good vacuum and when they finished I didn't even have to have eyes to see the dirt on the seats and around the seats everywhere. We even took everything out of the car so they could flip seats (Own an SUV) and what not. The price is right, customer service is excellent and friendly, and the bathrooms are clean. We have recommended Cascade to many others who are now loyal customers. Never again. I ended up with 2 holes in my seat and no one wants to fess up. This is why i requested that only the outside be cleaned because i dont usually trust people with my car. But i wanted it washed and didnt have the time to do it myself so i said, why not? Then i noticed my rearview mirror was tilted and pointed at the roof. Did yall dive into my car?! The guy i talked to was nice and offered other services but i declined because of fear of something else going wrong. My car looks good on the outside, so they did a good job in that regard. Im not one to make things up or create issues but these holes were not there an hour before. I just wanted a clean car. I just wish whoever did it would simply admit they made a mistake. ihave been doing business with this company for over 20 years and have had great service. however today i went to the location and ask for a handwax. the manager wanted to wash and vacumn also. i just purchased the car yesterday and the dealership did that for me and i only drove it straight home after buying it. i told him i only wanted a handwax and all he wanted to do was argue that he was a professional and he needed to wash it. i left and will never do business with this company again. service very bad for existing customers. will find another wash place from now on. read more
