So I have the Platinum Membership from Mister Carwash. That means for a monthly fee, I receive UNLIMITED interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. That includes vacuuming, removal of trash, wiping down doors and dash boards with cleaner, fragrance, full wash, hand dry, windows dry, and tire shine. And as y'all have seen by my check ins, I legit go get my car done 3x per week. Now THIS location is rather new. But it's an "express" location. So what that means is, they don't have full service staff here. With my membership I can still get the exterior cleaned, but they have no one there to hand dry it. They have free vacuums, but you have to do it yourself. I come here now and then if I just need the outside done, but I try not too. Because I pay for the full interior, so frequenting the express locations that don't offer interior, is wasting money. But, too each their own. Okay. Picture this. It's a cool, brisk pre-dawn morning. You're getting ready to warm up your car before taking that long, treacherous commute to work when suddenly.. *GASP* ...there it is. On your driver side passenger door. Staring you in the face like a horrific crime scene....is a grotesque, hideous splotch of bird shit just above the door handle. Quick, succinct, easy to get to, and efficient. That's what this place is. It's also gonna be my go-to spot whenever I'm at work and am in desperate need to wash the ol' Bimmer and it can't wait till after hours. Only minor set back this one has from my hotspot on N Zaragoza is this one has way less vacuums. I'd say like...half, maybe? The good news is they're easier to get to. This is a very convenient car wash, fast, well organized and with monthly plan deals. I do like that unlike any other car washes this one does a good job leaving your vehicle sparkling clean. So, you clean your vehicle then if you want to stop and clean the inside they have awesome vacuums available for you to clean it yourself. I have been a customer for over 10 years and pay for the whole year but I'm not eligible for the free 2 months of the new Titanium and they won't add it for me to pay. I just read a review about prices. I'd like to say it's actually very cheap. I pay the 20$ a month and get to wash my car as much as I want. This is a weekly thing for me. Since I come twice a week, if possible, then it's a great deal. At this location they dry off your car and they have the free vacuums. This is awesome for me since my car is like my office. If you tip the guys before they dry it off they take more time which is dope. I think it's a steal and a deal! read more

We paid $7 for a basic wash and for use of the vacuums. We were quickly helped out when arriving and the car wash itself wasn't busy. The whole washing experience is about 5 minutes long and at the end of it, there are employees standing waiting to hand dry your car. The day we were there, all the vacuums were being used so we had to wait. It was about a 10 minute wait. I think they have a about 12 vacuums stations so when busy you will have to wait to use them. Vacuums had such great pulling force so it made our vacuuming faster! read more

Must say this is one of the better mister car washes I have been too. When I travel I always try to find one to see how they compare to albuquerque mister car wash. Every time I come here I get the Express 2 ($10) wash and the female workers (especially the young one with pimples that has an attitude every time) upfront taking your orders kinda forces/harasses me to get the more expensive wash $13 & 15. I mean... damn! It's not like I'm getting the $7 cheapest one PLUS I'm already giving this place business! This is my favorite car wash stop in El Paso. I've been to several but the one on Montana by far has the best customer service and my truck looks brand new every time. They will also fill the air in your tires which I didn't know. I couldn't find a functioning air pump all over Bliss. I need 70psi too. It's hard to find, apparently. This review is for the Montwood location. Went here three times and always get the "Final Touch" wash and clean. Don't know who picks the name for the wash but I chuckle every time. Are these guys performing last rites on my car? Is my car getting funeral care? Either way, Monday and Tuesdays are military discount days. Excellent, means 20% off for us service members. This is a good car wash. They wash my Ferrari very well. Haha I wish. I think the price is hovering around 4-5 dollars. Which is a good price. They actually DRY your car off here too. Absolute worst service one could get for an oil change. Entered the wrong engine so they could charge me for another quart of oil. With the wrong engine loaded, then proceeded to over fill my engine with 1.5 more quarts than what it requires. Argued with me about the correct engine size when I brought it to their attention (when 1.4L is on the engine cover). With over filling my engine, they could have caused damage such as s floated valve or blow by. Buyer beware. Careless inattention to details. Used to be great. The new drying system is horrible & leaves the sides of my car spotted. The mirrors & windows are the worst. They used to have hand drying, but replaced that with a roller. The roller only does front & top. The back is still dirty. If a mirror folds in, there's no one to move it back out anymore. Very annoyed that I have to stop after every wash & re-do my mirrors before the hard water spots set & are next to impossible to clean off. I used to recommend this place all the time, but no more. I have the membership, but plan to cancel it. They did themselves a real disservice changing to this new & 'better' wash/drying process. My car always comes out dirty. Tire shine is a waste of money as well. My rims are covered in dirt and tires are dull. The guys that dry the car are inconsistent as well. Do not go here to get any service or a state vehicle inspection done. I sat in line and watched them pass two cars in front of me with no issues. I go to get my inspection done and the employee said to me "my tint is to dark" even though the two cars in front of me had darker tint! Maybe I should of learned Spanish in America!
