I've had my car washed several times recently at this location and was very happy. The employees were friendly and smiled each time!

Awhile back, I reluctantly came here for a car wash. My vehicle was new and I didn't want to drive my new car through car wash machines, but since I was taking a road trip the next day, I did it anyway. The next morning I noticed tiny white specks all over my vehicle including the windshield. I called the business twice on separate occasions and spoke to the manager. He assured me the white specks were not caused by their car wash. We spoke extensively and I explained the specks were not on my vehicle prior to driving it through the car wash. He was adamant and rude, refusing to address the damage. Months later, I was in another state and had the car hand washed. As the guy was washing my vehicle, he commented on the specks and inquired if I ran it through a car wash. I replied yes, several months ago. He stated I needed to clay my vehicle to remove these specks and the estimate would be around $400. I contacted Tommy's Car Wash again and spoke to the manager, Ricardo. He stated what occurred in regards to the damage to my vehicle and said the manager or employee at the time did not add a water softener to the machines and that's what caused the tiny white specks to be deposited on my vehicle. I texted him pictures of the damage and provided the estimate the other car wash quoted for claying my vehicle. He replied to my text stating he spoke to the Regional Manager and the RM communicated because of the length of time they would only pay half of the estimate. Wow. Later, I responded to Ricardo by stating since the damage was caused by their car wash and not me I didn't think it was fair to request me to pay half. A few weeks afterwards, I texted Ricardo twice reiterating my previous communication regarding what I considered to be reasonable for the car wash to rectify the issue; paying the full amount to remove the tiny white specks. I did not hear back from him on either occasion. Based on my experiences, I have not been back and I won't be going back. Please keep this mind if you decide to patronize this place. read more

This place is trash. If you have any issue at their car wash they will tell you to file a claim. Once you do that, they will find any lane excuse in order to deny, even if it doesn't make any sense . I strongly advise anyone who is interested in bringing their vehicle here especially if you have any kind of truck or larger SUV that you DONT. this place broke my license plate not once but twice and when speaking about it with the maintenance manager it was brought to my attention that not only do they have the means to prevent this kind of damage if they actually trained their team instead they have employees there that do not know what they're doing or how to communicate to customers what parts of their vehicle may be at risk. On top of all that they have a Gm and management team that chooses to find lazy excuses to weasel out of doing the right thing and making the correct amends to prevent this from happening again. On July 15th my rear windshield wiper was ripped off while going through the car wash. I've been going back and forth with manager KALEEM ROZIER who is refusing to move forward due to the labor cost of the repair. Needless to say I will NEVER return to any location because they are all under the same umbrella and enforcing the same screwed up rules. The damage to my car occurred under YOUR rules; the repairs will be done under MY rules. How are you going to damage my car and then tell me where to go to get it fixed! REALLY!?!? We owned a 2015 Kia Sorrento. The wash ripped off put back wiper blade and it took weeks to get a response from someone. Finally they reimbursed for the damage and said it was an employees fault because they are responsible for monitoring the vehicle types and adjusting the brushes accordingly. They used to also have someone directing you left or right and also placing a baggy over the rear wiper for SUV and Vans... not anymore. Now, we have upgraded to a 2023 model and I went through the wash app lane and the arm came down on my car. No one saw it happen. I pulled out of the lane and went in to complain. There was a visible sticky white residue on the driver side roof and the gate in the front now has a rubber gasket that's hanging and loose from impact but the owner denies the damage is from this arm. Additionally when I started the process I was told Sebastian would call me in 24 hours, which he didn't. Also that I would receive an email from corporate in 72 hours, which I didn't. I was asked to get 2 quotes from local shops to assess the damages from the scratching and presented those back promptly. I handed them directly to the manager who never once apologized for the issue and when I requested a refund for my membership I just started middle of September (it's currently the 29th) he laughed at me and said "oh so you want a refund for that instead of the damages" I was then asked to come back so that Sebastian could look over my car. He denied again that any scratching on our new car completely surrounding front, back left and right was from his machines and the damage to the roof was not related... I chose this car wash because I was trying to maintain my new vehicle and was offered a free membership for downloading the app. After multiple things, I should have seen the Red flag and stopped going. The vacuums are always broken, jammed or out of order... I've seen the wash stop and have had it happen to me as well while on the belt... Employees talking garbage about customers while I was on hold... they on multiple occasions ran me through a lower quality wash and I had to go back through again. (Fine for me that I had unlimited washes) but what if you paid for one and they won't let you go again for what you paid for? I'm a mom of 4 and I'm also pregnant, I can't wash my car myself... and will be contacting the BBB. read more

I have dedicated myself to living better and a part of that is keeping my car cleaned. I am notorious for having crumbs, shoes, clothing, food, people and pets along with me at all times and I wanted to do my due diligence and remove as much "baggage" as possible. Having an awful experience at another car wash, I stumbled upon this brand new car wash. I was for sure with it being brand new I would be getting all the perks. In fact, I waited for them to finish building and here is my experience: Location: It's centered at a prime location. On the corner of scenic hwy and another pretty busy Main Street near downtown Snellville. Atmosphere: it's super new so everything is still really clean. In fact, the staff are good with sweeping and emptying regularly during their shifts so you never see overcrowding. They have a glass car wash so you can see your car through the entire process which is pretty neat. Staff: They all will help but not voluntarily. In fact, you have to ask for someone's attention if you need help. They are pretty average when you speak with them - no one nasty or rude but again, they don't speak lol Service: When I arrived the manager assisted me and talked me into a monthly membership. As a previous sales agent, I knew better without giving it a try first. He never explained the different membership levels, just handed me a brochure and told me about the special. He did say he had a pretty good team and I would be well taken care of. He also gave me a free rag, air freshener, and pre soaked cleaning cloth to take care of the interior for signing up. A plus. The other cool thing is they offer memberships for families that have multiple cars. I've never saw that and thought it was pretty cool. I signed up for the highest car wash service which I was told I would receive the first month $20 well it charged me $29.99 and I had to call them to get the $10 refunded. The service itself - was trash. The car appeared clean and shiny but it didn't do a good job cleaning the back of the car. In fact, it's always dirty lol I thought I imagined that. The tire shine lasts a good 25 minutes. Lol Then the vacuums - trash! They do not suction well and I'm often times left with crumbs. The Mat cleaner is also trash. It leaves too much water so they are usually soaked and on top of it, sometimes the Machine is broken. Then what's worse - they force you to pay for these crappy sprays and clothes for $3 which aren't even enough to really clean your car. It's all a gag and I have canceled my membership. Now in search of finding a new one. Moral of the story - don't go to this one if you are looking for a membership. Only if you just need a quick rinse. read more

Not very happy or satisfied. Two months ago I got the deluxe wash that includes tire wash. However on that day only about half the tire got shined. I asked if they would hand shine it or let me but they weren't able to and instead gave me a card for a free future wash. Today I took advantage of the sunny weather and went through. Unfortunately, still no shine on the tires. I didn't bother to ask this time. I don't plan to go back with car washes springing up seemingly everywhere. Sigh. read more

I have a monthly membership. The location is inconvenient because when I leave work I can whip in that direction. I got the pass/package because of a promotion. I love the convenience of pulling up and not having to wait. The last four times the arm did not raise for me to enter. I have reported this before. Today, I'm looking at four employees by the register. Two of the four all have earbuds in their ear. I waited a solid minute before I was acknowledge. I couldn't enter until something was done on their end. So that was irritating. But the worst part was when he looked at me, he motioned for me to go with a condescending look (frown & hand gesture) but the arm was not up. I just looked at him. I didn't have the energy to teach him courtesy, nor communication. The vacuum are poor and low suction to pick up dirt. You must do better. read more

Location: It is right at an intersection off Scenic Highway that at the wrong time of day (which is slowly becoming all day) is a pain in the behind to maneuver. Price: They are relatively average priced and with them being a newer establishment you can find a ton of promotional coupons for free basic washes mailed to your house if you live in the area. They also include free vacuums and mat cleaners. Quality: Now I hate to complain about anything free but the vacuum suction is terrible. I ended up having to go home and do it myself with my little shop-vac in the garage. Customer service: There were plenty of workers visible but none came to assist me. Personally, this is a plus for me because when I don't look distressed I prefer to be left alone but I can see how others may not feel this way. Overall would I come back? Maybe for the wash itself, but not for the vacuum which is what I utilize more consistently (kids and all). read more

Summary: If you don't have a membership, they make it hard to get your car washed. The car wash was not good. I would suggest trying the car wash further down Scenic Hwy by the Waffle House. Better service and a better wash in general. I had to scrub my wheels and wipe off all the dirt that was missed with the most expensive wash. It gets a second star for being very clean, if nothing else. My experience: Not a great carwash, really rude attendants. I pulled up and ended up sitting behind a car for 8 minutes. A man came out and handed me a brochure, telling me what options I had for getting my car washed. I told him, "Would you please ask the person behind me to pull back, because I am tired of waiting and would prefer to go somewhere else." He said," No, that person in front of you is being signed up, so it will be a few more minutes." I replied," Okay, I am just here to get my car washed." He then said," Oh so you just want the basic wash," and walked away. So finally, it's my turn. I pulled up to the window and second attendant said, "You want the basic carwash right?" and I replied that I wanted the $20 wash. I paid for the the wash, and as I'm driving away, I can hear the first attendant saying "Oh, what did she want? What did she end up getting?" I thought it was rude to assume that I wanted the cheapest wash, simply because I was tired of waiting for the other car. Anyway, I enter the carwash and there is no assistance. I'm trying to put my car in neutral and the first attendant comes starts yelling at me, as if I'm not trying to put it in neutral. I get the car through the wash. I pull around. I see that there is still dirt on my car and on all my wheels and have to clean it myself. Just not a good wash. Would never return. read more

I got my truck washed today. Just wet when when it came out an went back around to go back through an was told I had to pay again to go back through. Staff is VERY VERY rude. Yesterday afternoon I had the same experience as another reviewer. I was a new a member with a #1 work package. I used to love how clean it washed my car. However, yesterday, besides i had to wait for a while at the "app lane" under a hot weather until I called; I was also served with the "basic external car wash" that is #4, instead of the top line of package. Two bad experiences at the same time. It was lucky that this time I had looked at the "thanks" light at the end of the car wash line so I knowledged of what package I was served. I suspected that the same incident had occurred previously too because my car didn't look clean either. I was really irritated. read more

I passed by a few week ago un aware of a technical problem with their levers. Unaware of this situation I continued as normally through the membership drive-thru. The lever raised and as usual I went through but the lever went down before I could go through causing damage to the side view mirror, I continued through and my car wash was registered. I went through to came back around and get the problem solved, the told me to get the damages fixed and that they would pay for the damages. so I did as I was told but when I came back to show the charges they refused to pay for the damage! They claimed it was my fault, even though it was there fault for not fixing their technical issues. Now they refuse to pay for the damages and have the worst customer service. Saw an ad on Facebook that they were offering free carwashes but I guess it was time specific since they were charging when I arrived. After going through the tunnel I looked around for the detail towels. While looking I was asked if I wanted to spin a prize wheel, after doing so I inquired where to get towels to clean off the places that were missed. I was informed they did not provide towels but they sell detail kits with towels in them and she motioned toward the vending machines. She then offered to put my vehicle through the tunnel again. I explained to her that there are areas on my vehicle that are missed by every tunnel wash that I have to clean off by hand. She again offered to go through the tunnel again. When I again explained why that would not help she reached into her bag of prizes and gave me a detail kit. The towel itself was just a little thicker and larger than a normal paper towel but worked ok to get the spots that were missed. But the smell! The detail kits also contained an air freshener. I have a feeling no research was done on these things as the smell was horrible. I can't imagine anyone smelling it and wanting their car and all of its contents to smell like that. This place may look cool with all its flashing lights but if I can pay the same price a mile away and get towels (that don't stink) included I'll just go there. read more
