Contacted Tommy's. He answered right away, but said he would call back in a few minutes. Asked me to send pictures of the gate lock mechanism I needed work on. Two days went by. I texted him about not contacting me back. He sent me a text string with 5 different excuses, including that I couldn't see the pic well enough and that he couldnt likely help me and that he gets 20 calls a day etc. Some of his excuses were mutually exclusive. Like everyone else who left a review here, I must say as well - Tommy is an awesome guy! You can trust him to give you the best price and his 110% effort to get what you need done. He helped me copy a special tibbe type key. It was difficult to find someone to get that type of key cut.. but he did it! It was even more difficult to program the transponder.. but he did it after a whole bunch of troubleshooting. He didn't give up and figured out the chip was bad (despite it being being picked up by a reader), replaced it, and it worked! He charged a flat rate and didn't charge extra despite how difficult it was to figure out the transponder.. which probably ended up taking close to an hour. It's a great pleasure to meet someone who works with such honesty and integrity! read more

Easy 5-star rating for Tommy. The key got stuck in the front door and otherwise jammed the mechanism. After doing a yelp search, I saw that Tommy was local and very highly rated.
