Chose to proceed with Tommy's based on the communication and feedback, although pricing was a little higher than what a couple other providers quoted me. Two days later, Juan, the tech/locksmith, called and texted me in the morning to confirm arrival time. When I wasn't able to answer the call, they called two more times to ensure the arrival time would work. Juan arrived, wearing a mask, was super courteous and took the time to inspect each entry that required work. Took the time to provide the best possible end result: multiple items rekeyed to spec and with simplicity and security in mind. Paid $300 for the service which was more than I originally budgeted for the project, but didn't mind, given the quality of service, clean installation, and promptness. Would hire again. If you only knew how many, very disappointing service providers there are out there... And getting worse every day. Fortunately, this is not one of them. Recently purchased a truck (older model) that came with two worn out keys. I texted a picture of one worn out key & Tommy showed up with two new already cut keys. Tommy is great! Tommy responded within 1 day to fix my car keyfobs not working. He said he would arrive between 10am - 12pm, and call 30 minutes beforehand. He did all the above. Upon arrival Tommy quickly diagnosed the issue with the car keyfob. He has all the high-tech equipment in his van to service and program keyfob's, so it all went very quickly. He came back and found that the problem was not the key at all, but the reader in my van, which is apparently not uncommon with that vehicle. He fixed it and charged me $65 for the extra visit. He's very competent, and the $65 is fair, and the problem was not his fault (nor mine). But I also run a service business, and I probably would have extended a small amount of generosity and done it for free as a good will gesture. When you run a business, you sometimes have to give more importance to customer satisfaction than to what's fair and reasonable for you. read more

Upon requesting a quote through yelp he got back to us in less than 30 minutes! He requested photos of the lock that needed to be opened and from there gave us a good and accurate quote. We weren't in any rush to get the lock working again so he came out the earlier the next day although he did say he could make it out same day. Unfortunately the lock wasn't as easy to open as expected so the whole lock had to be removed. From there he ordered a new part and that was installed about 3 days later. He sent out a separate technician for the installation and it went smoothly! Double checked everything was in working order!
