Tommy's Locksmith saved the day. The Mul-T-Lock deadbolt on my front door broke yesterday so I could no long lock it from the outside. Considering the price of the lock, I wanted to fix it rather than replace it. I called Tommy's this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon, which I was thrilled about. While out running an errand the locksmith called and asked if he could come earlier. He was very professional and let me look over his shoulder so I could learn what had happened to the lock and how to prevent it in the future.
