I think they all charge a bit higher than other local salons. The place itself was super clean and I was in and out in no time. The salon is more like a small room with just one person working and she can accommodate only one customer at a time. I had a cut, wash and blow dry and it was $60 (should have been $50 - apparently it was an additional $10 to blow out my thick hair...and it wasnt even completely dried and the style was sub-par). Front desk is nice and communicates like normal people, it's clean and smells nice, you don't wait forever for people to get ready. I can honestly say that Tyasia is the truth, you could fall asleep and wake up 7 minutes (!) later completely done (it is really that gentle) and it lasts. If you have coarse hair it you will not be disappointed, she knows what she is doing and is very thorough. My waxer was phenomenal, made me feel so comfortable and kept me laughing the entire time! She truly is great, which is why I won't include her name. However, right when leaving I already noticed my legs felt stubbly, and now that I'm home I've noticed just how stubble covered they are, with strips of hair still present. I was told I could only get one (which I was going to just walk out) but I decided to go with the manicure. The tech did a good job. As it was time to leave I was at the register next to another customer that asked if she could get a pedicure. For some reason they wanted me to pay prior to her (maybe because they were going to do her pedicure). I paid and waited for that customer to leave behind me. Never happened. Let's just say she most likely received all her services she requested. I won't return because this was my first time not getting all the services I requested. I don't want to say they were bad but what's right is right. Had I gotten all my requests I would've given them another chance. I must say the price was reasonable and there were many nail polish colors.
