Set up an account, book the time, you pay when the service is complete. I booked both services with Cassandra. She was superb! The girl at the reception counter was very sweet too. There were some parts that did hurt quite a bit, but it is over quick. Once the was is pulled off, the pain only lingers for a few seconds. She didn't laugh at me while I was spewing a stream of curse words every time a section was pulled. She may have had to go over some spots twice - sorry! The soothing gel treatment at the end really cools the whole area off. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes, maybe a little longer. Now I feel a bit less embarrassed taking my shirt off at the beach or pool, and no worries about the reactions when a woman touches my back. Definitely would recommend.

I had been working hard to keep both my parents safe during the pandemic, but I am certainly no pedicurist, so I asked her to wait a little longer. A little while after nail salons were allowed to open I gave my mom the green light to go ahead with all the proper precautions. She drove to a few and they looked a little crowded. Finally she came across Becky's. As soon as she was done, she called me, thrilled with her experience. Clients were limited to only a couple at a time, masks were required and temperatures were checked. Hand sanitizer was available upon arrival and departure too. Becky was absolutely wonderful. She was the perfect antidote after months of very limited social contact. They had a great conversation and by the time she left, my mom was asking all of us to go there and support Becky. She even paid for my brother to get a pedicure, his first at 53 years old! I went too. My toes weren't looking so good, even with my self-pedicure. Like my mom said, Becky was wonderful and the young man that works with her too!! You really feel safe with all the precautions they are taking and also it's so nice to speak with such friendly people. We traded stories and by the end it was like I had a new friend. I went back yesterday and Becky asked about my whole family. She clearly knows and cares about everyone who walks through her door. Becky was friendly and did the removal quickly and efficiently. Because my nails were ruined by a steady diet of gel manicures and are just getting healthy again, I only get them done periodically. I will make my next appt. with this salon and hope to develop a long-lasting relationship with them. Only given 4 stars because I haven't had a full manicure as yet. Maureen was extremely quick in returning my initial phone call and gave me several options to schedule my appointment, all within a two week period. She does have limited late hours, but works for herself and therefore is flexible with her scheduling. The studio is a large one room space, divided into different areas...waiting area, reception desk, facial area, changing room, etc. It is a calm space with lots of beach themed decor. After changing into a strapless wrap/top, Maureen first did the facial which was really great...I have only had a few facials in my life, but this was one of the better ones. I was very relaxed and calm, even while we chatted during the first half of the services. Once she moved on the foot massage towards the end of the services, I was definitely in a zone of total relaxation.
