Twice now, I have received my laundry back with clear evidence that instructions were neither read nor followed. I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want. The message is clear: it doesn't matter what I want. They will do whatever they feel like and charge me extra for it. Completely irresponsible and careless launderers.

The guy that picks up and delivers was always more than pleasant and the laundry was always folded nicely and it was nice to not deal with the cloying smell of scented detergent. However, in the past 6 months things have totally gone downhill. Every time I call to schedule a pickup the day needs to be rescheduled and then sometimes rescheduled again. I can't say how many times I've been late for work waiting for my stuff to be picked up. And waiting and waiting.... And waiting. It's just not worth it anymore to me. I'm not waiting for them to get it together any longer. I found a new pick up/delivery spot and the first time I called they sent a guy on a bike to pick up my stuff. He was here in 15 minutes. I danced with joy and almost hugged him which was a little embarrassing for us both, but that's another story. Bottom line, the 5 star guys are nice, and I have nothing against them personally, they just need to get their business together, If you can't be somewhere during a window of time - TELL US. I told her I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next day, she said okay and handed me my slip with a quote of 21.50 incl tax - remember, this is a STUFFED over-sized laundry bag. WOW! That's literally cheaper than what I pay when I do it myself. I picked it up today, it was ready as promised. Everything is neatly folded, smells clean and in pristine order! I think I found my new laundry method! The only down-side is I am sure they use off-brand soap, and do not use fabric sheets, and I just cant get over how my clothes smell after a fresh wash with Tide and Downy. :/

As shown in my messages, I politely inquired about their pricing policy. They responded and grossly overpriced me at 40 pounds! I recently attempted to place an order to have my laundry picked up and discovered they now charged a 7.99 Pick Up and Delivery fee through UBER in EACH direction. That is now an additional 15.98 fee on top of their original services. Uber doesn't offer door to door service so I presume I'd be required to bring my laundry to the driver outside, and that's not acceptable either. Though I was satisfied with the work they did cleaning and folding my shirts they no longer offer the very service I was using them for, and I have to change my review down to 2 stars. I would also like to be transparent that one of their friendly employees reached out to me after I left a message with their reception service (that's another problem actually, why is a local business using a reception service with operators from outside the US? They should be employing someone local from the community.) Alan sent me a text message offering me a coupon code with a discount. I thanked him but declined, as it was not enough to make a difference and I would still be paying more, plus it doesn't change the fact that they are now charging for a service that was previously free. Alan came and dropped off my bag, but it looked small and when I got it inside it was dish towels and linens and not my things. (Though I did find my sheets inside!). I called and Alan came back right away. We had to open all four bags that he had on the truck because my items were scattered throughout every other bag. And I still didn't receive all of my items. I work in vet med, and I am out a few sets of medical scrubs from this event, which are NOT cheap, among other items. Cleancart told me they would look for my things, but they never followed up after the initial email where *I* had to reach out to *them* for a refund. Alan mentioned to me that they recently switched laundromats, and it was apparent that this new place washed all of laundry that day together. Quite disappointing as I assumed it was a given that my laundry would be washed by itself. I can no longer trust this service :(.
