Our server Brittany was on point with the serve and drinks, but the real star of the show was Brandi. She was the amazing lady who kept the salad bar stocked. The meat was also very chewy. If I were running a restaurant and I knew I was serving choice or even select cuts of meat, I would find the best ways to tenderize the meat before they hit the grill. I'd also make sure the cooks were temperature checking each steak with a meat thermometer before serving. There should be no guesswork. It either hits the cook temperature or it stays on the grill.
