Checked all the boxes clean, friendly staff and welcome greetings. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and helpful. The waitress helped me through my first round to make sure I was doing it all properly. Food was fresh, buffet was well stocked and replenished several times while I was there. The hotpot soup base I had pork was outstandingly flavorful and an amazing compliment to the hotpot proteins and veggies I chose. They had a huge assortment of noodles for the hot pots that all looked awesome. Make sure to ask for the steak and crab they are not presented on the buffet. They do tell you that. I had the steak tender and awesome. So many sauces my favorite was the house sauce was just the right amount of flavor and spice. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive she must have refilled my water glass 6 or more times..great job Patty!!!!(my server) there were others as well but she was my primary. I would highly recommend this place don't judge it by the outside strip mall it's totally different inside... Looking forward to my next trip to Lakeland to return. Nicely done !!!

Happily surprised! I have been to many hot pots in central florida (Orlando and Tampa) and most of them are *not great* to be honest. Here, the food seemed pretty fresh, seafood didn't smell fishy, and there was a large assortment of veg, noodles, and proteins. I hope that they are able to maintain the quality over time as that is usually when things go downhill. Staff was friendly and VERY attentive (if you need help cooking the food they will help you...and if you don't need help, they will help you lol but obviously that is better than not) Came with a large group 5 adults and 3 kids under 8, and the staff was very helpful and understanding, making sure that everyone was taken care of.

Tried this tonight and excellent! Recommend reservations especially on the weekends. Hot pot/bbq $30 or both for $35. Lots of good selections and everything was fresh. Lot of meat, veggie, noodle choices and some cooked appetizers as well. Service was good and definitely worth going.

We had a very good 1st visit. The food and service were awesome. The music was not so awesome, there was vulgarity in the lyrics. They need to serve filtered water, it was definitely tap. Other than that, we will definitely be back!

I tried Korean BBQ in Orlando two years ago and was not impressed. Food was bland. And you were stuck with whatever you ordered. Being able to try a variety of things from a buffet is a game changer though! Your table has to choose between bbq or hot pot. We did both for an extra $5 a person. It was worth it. The pork soup base was delicious! As for the bbq, the bulgogi chicken was our favorite. My wife and I really enjoyed this place and everyone was super friendly and attentive.

Some will say it's silly to cook your own food but I love this as a nice date night. The staff were great, the place is extremely clean, And the food was YUMMY!

This place is great! There's a huge variety of fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood. The best bbq meat is hidden behind the bamboo plant.

They have a wide range of ingredients, from meats, egg, tofu, vegetables, noodles, seafood, etc. to satisfy any cravings. If you have a large group with some people having dietary restrictions, I think this spot helps bridge that divide. I also like how there's an option to add kbbq if you would like. The sauce bar also has a wide variety, where you can mix and match ingredients to make your perfect blend. If you don't know what sauce to make, their house sauce let's you cancel out the guess work of combinating ingredients and it's actually quite delicious, a perfect sauce for dipping any ingredient! The staff is really nice as well. They come by often to check up on you and, since we went to celebrate a birthday, they sang a birthday song to my friend and gave her a free drink, a toy mascot, and a paper crown. Super friendly and accommodating!

The restaurant does have a choice for BBQ or hot pot. I choose BBQ and my wife chooses hot pot. Normally they allow one table to choose only same thing. After the manager agree for us to choose separate item, we begin our journey to enjoy our food here. The meal includes sauce table to mixed your own sauce, salad and cold mixed food. The protein needs to order and bring to your table. I like most of marinating meat. They are good selection. Service is good.

Hot Pot & BBQ lovers... listen up…read more Every time we visit this area we go for some of this goodness, and this last trip was not an exception. It was, however, our first time visiting Lameizi. Thankfully, it did not disappoint and we were all happy with our choices. Prices are about the same as other places we've tried. We all got the BBQ option, but not all of us did the Hot Pot. I can't recall if it's the same in the other places (it could be that normally everyone at the Table must choose the same style of cooking). All items were fresh and plenty of variety. The place was spacious and clean. Service was wonderful, they were very attentive. Plenty of parking.

Lots of tables + it's buffet-style, with signage to indicate whether it's for hot pot, bbq, or both. Pretty standard food selection, with a few unique offers like crawfish, fried chicken, sushi, miso soup + others I recommend (see below). Disappointing they didn't have regular eggs, only quail. Dessert options included ice cream, cakes, fruits, + sweet Chinese soupy desserts. Other notes: - individual hot pots, communal bbq - fresh ingredients - self-serve stations with gloves, napkins, claw crackers, + utensils - Drinks are slightly more expensive than other places - Self-cook BBQ, however, staff will help if you ask Would Recommend: - Shrimp paste - Crab legs - Teriyaki chicken - fried rice - spring rolls - peeled seasoned shrimp

In a somewhat run down looking strip mall, the small restaurant was simple, but showing K-music videos on a TV. Unfortunately I couldn't see it from my seat, but I'll change that next visit! Our server was polite, helpful, and attentive. We ordered a ridiculous amount of food since we drove 45m to try it, so had a Kimchi Pajeon, Kimbap, Soon Tofu, and Veggie Fried Rice. The pancake was DELICIOUS-super flavorful and chock full of veggies. I did not care for the Kimbap, only because it had less flavor and was a little more dry than the other items, but it tasted very fresh. The Soon Tofu was spicy and full of flavor. It came with a huge heaping of rice in a cute covered dish to keep it hot - I'm ordering these things for home! The veggie fried rice, for which we opted no egg, was also fantastic, but we ended up taking ,ost of it and the pancake home for leftovers. We were also served Ban Chan - side dishes, of small tastes of seasoned veggies such as bean sprouts, eggplant, cucumbers, broccoli, radish, and more. It was all amazing. Sadly, we had no room for anything else, but I will definitely be back as soon as possible. SO worth the drive and expense!

They were also out of the crab egg roll, out of sweet tea, and out of lettuce in which we like to wrap the bulgogi. We ordered mandu, it was good but a little bit doughy because of the wrap they use, not as crispy as we would expect. I ordered the dolsot bibimbop. Mine came out first and was sizzling hot. No complaints, the egg had a runny yolk which means it was not overcooked like many I have had in the past. The bibimbop sauce is delicious with just the right amount of kick. Waitress brought out banchans, there were six different types, pickled eggplant, nori, broccoli, kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumbers. Son ordered pork bulgogi. The plate was heaping with pork, and the sauce was nice and thick and stuck to the pork. Spouse ordered beef bulgogi and it took about 10 minutes for his to come out after our son and I had our meals. The plate was heaping, but spouse said the beef was a little bland, but some of the bibimbop sauce took care that. Son and spouse took leftovers with them. We were kind of disappointed in the items they did not have, but the lady waiting on us was nice and we realize they are a small business and when things are busy, it is easy to run out. The interior was a little dark, did not go to the restroom so cannot comment on the cleanliness but what we did see looked clean.
