Went there one time, and it will be my last. A dump, the range is a muddy mess with garbage and just looks horrible. The shop is a mess as well, with the ignorant grumpy people that work there that act like you are bothering them just by showing up. Went here to get my irons reshafted and regripped after being recommended by a friend. Immediately after walking in, the owner was rude from the start and left me with a bad impression. Then when I came back to pick up my clubs they lost my old shafts after I stated I wanted them back. They didn't lower the price and instead offered me a bunch of random shafts instead. Later on I saw the owners profile on Facebook marketplace and found that he wasn't just rude to me but to others as well. In hindsight I would have never went here. Better off going to dicks or any other golf shop. Place also looks like Chernobyl, avoid at all costs. read more

Ocean Township, please look into the conditions of the place... It has to be environmentally unsafe with all the garbage piled up behind the bays, and debris lying around. This place is a mess, nothing but a dirt field with poles, weeds, and debris on the range. I can't believe the owner and/operator is not fined for operating under these conditions. It's horrible--don't waste your time here. It should be shut down due to its hazardous conditions. I'd love to see what the owner's home looks like if this is the way he keeps his business. read more

Went to hit some balls this morning only to discover the business is closed. The entire store was vacated. While there, I met the new owner who also purchased the empty restaurant next door. In fact, he now owns the entire 7 acre lot along Fisher Blvd and Brick Blvd. He told me about their plans to develop the entire property into a first class golf and restaurant destination. He stated they should be open by spring 2026. Looking forward to the grand opening. read more

This is my first and only ever yelp review so that alone should say something. Despite the terrible reviews I like to support small businesses, so I gave this range a shot. That was a mistake and let me explain. On Google maps, this business opens up at 9 AM but when you get to the door you find out they open at 11. Once you get in the door you won't be greeted by an employee and you won't have a chance to purchase any balls to hit the range unless you go outside and find somebody to assist you. Once you're lucky enough to purchase their overpriced golf balls that are in fact some of the worst I've hit, you go outside to find their driving range is turf, mud, sand and also tires and some recycling bags. I was interested to purchase as used set of irons they had for sale specifically ping G410s they were used. The store clerk after looking them up told me they were $1000 which is the price of new clubs. After I brought it to his attention that they were preowned he called his boss who told him that the price was $800 which is $200 off of the fair market price. After leaving my clubs in my car, on a Post-it note, I wrote my name and number to leave with the clerk to share with his boss, so maybe we could make a deal. He crinkled it up in front of my face and told me to leave. After I explained that the clubs were far off of fair market value, he told me to go buy them elsewhere and praise the feet of that seller. So I will do just that I will support another store and I will never recommend this terrible driving range to anybody. I could imagine with the decrepit appearance of this driving range facility, and horrific customer service that they will not be in business much longer. I DO NOT recommend. read more

The driving range is old but the area is dilapidated. The fake grass area you hit off of is okay, but there was grassy areas and actual holes in the driving range area. Older facility. read more

Reviewing the range, not the store. It's the perfect place to go whack out a bucket of balls on a Saturday morning. The range is set up facing west, so later in the day (especially if it's sunny!) you'll need a good pair of sunglasses. Even then, it's hard to see where your shot goes. Staff is pretty helpful. They also offer PGA lessons. read more

Went today and this is a dump. There are 20 black garbage bags full of recycling on the range and it is a hot mess. Throw the darn garbage out people. So unprofessional! I have been coming to TRGS for about 2 months now. Never had a huge issue but the place has never been clean and organized. The field that you hit into looks like it hasn't been maintained in years. Turf is torn and distraught. The matt you hit off of has breaks in it and the turf you hit off of it sometimes raised to the point you'll chip your club face. I'm a hospitality professional and a local restauranteur. You do not have a negative conversation in a place where your customers can hear you. You have those conversations in private. I will not be back to practice my swing and I deter anyone from venturing here. read more

Do I have to give this place any stars? Mark, the co- owner is RUDE and lacks concern for customer service. I waited patiently for a scheduled golf lesson for more than 7 minutes while Mark was on the phone. Another waiting customer tried to get him to acknowledge our existence while we were standing right in front of him as he was carrying on his phone conversation. Mark then proceeded to tell us off and said not to come back. I'll take that advice and keep my money rather than receive lessons from an egotistical golf "pro". read more
