Hired Tom to cater my son second birthday party and this was probably one of the best decisions I've made in my life! He takes a lot of pride in his work and spent a lot of time coming in and setting everything up and picking everything up at the end. We did not have him stay to serve the food, but he came back for the chafing dishes at our convenience. All of the barbecue was tender, well seasoned, and all of our guests were raving about the food. The sides were excellent as well, and I think my kids had three helpings of the mac & cheese. The fellas and I decided to cater our guys night out and this place ended up on our voting list. While only one of us reached out to them all of us were impressed. Although this place was booked up for the week, they made sure to squeeze us in and give us options to make the whole night a success. There was 16 of us that night but the amount of food could easily serve triple. Everyone left with at least some trays of the pulled pork, but their tender brisket was immediately the first to go. A couple sauce bottles were included and they really helped level up the already delicious food. Even their sides and dessert refused to be overshadowed by their slow cooked tender meats. The boys and I decided on Mac n cheese and potato's, but they were kind enough to throw in a corn bread casserole and packs of bread to go with our whole order.
