You walk in, there's the order/pick up counter and a couple chairs to sit in to wait for your order, a jukebox that says "do not touch" and a soda fridge. But don't fret, the ribs are worth picking up or having delivered. Fresh, succulent, "cut it with a spoon" tender and meaty ribs. Very good sauce covering everything and I don't say this lightly. I usually eat my ribs sauceless or with just a little to dip in to but not this time. All my fingers and half my face got sauced and I didn't care. The sides were as noteworthy as the ribs. Delicious, moist, cheesy homemade (or good as homemade if it was store bought) mac & cheese and baked beans cooked to perfection. The only things that held up the fifth star was 1. Their sliced beef. It was fatty and drenched in bbq sauce like they were hiding their sliced beef shame in it, 2. The service was slow. I called in the order, was told 15 minutes, I arrived 30 mins later and they hadn't even started putting the order together. I ended up waiting an additional 15 mins while they prepared the order, and 3. Their hours are a little selective. Make sure you check the hours on the day you go. Texas Roadhouse has moved its takeout service to a dedicated pickup area outside the restaurant, making the whole process much faster and more convenient.
