He never went thru any of them with me. When I was asked how many there were, I'd say between 125-150 albums. Years 1950-1985. So after being told how honest they were, I did accept the low offer. I was then shown by this person the value of some of my albums. I was totally lied to!!! Don't believe them. Luckily, my wife came up with CBug's Records in East Windsor. Our transaction went as smooth as glass. First, I sent an e-mail to see if CBug's was interested, and soon Chris mailed back, saying he was. We arranged a date and a time, and since his store is on the second floor of The Vintage Shops collective, I called him from the parking lot and he walked down to check out the goods in the trunk of our car, packed into three boxes. While he was doing that, I took the opportunity to check out his store, and I gotta tell ya, it's a music junkie's paradise. Everywhere you look are LP albums, 45 singles, cassettes, eight tracks, and a ton more of very cool music memorabilia. I had a brief discussion on price with Chris, and he made me a very fair offer that I was thrilled with. My experience at CBug's could not have been any better, and I gotta give a shout out to Chris for his courtesy, professionalism, timeliness, and fairness.

Good selection of modern rock, punk, alt, and 60's rock. GREAT selection of audiophile pressings. Some wild Japanese vinyl from The Who that I'M DYING to own. They know what they have, and it's priced accordingly, but stuff that doesn't move seems to get discounted (despite what Discogs says it's worth) Clean, organized, friendly staff, no pressure. It's slowly becoming my favorite record shop.

The price's are great. It's a fun store to hang out and an explore. Andrew can order items for you. There are also special release records, a vast variety of 45s, a section of bargain lps and CDs. Brand new and vintage records alike are here, not every new record, but a fun eclectic mix of the old. That record I remember from when my folks were kids? Found it! The album artwork is amazing, and I didn't even get to the bins on the floor. My kid loves anything Stranger Things and she found some success here too. Obligatory Uncle Joes stickers were by the register, and the staff were friendly without hovering. You are almost exactly behind Cromwell Diner so if you're in Central CT this isn't far, but park with care in tiny angled lot, Can't wait to dig around another time soon.
