I opened the tray and noticed that majority of the strawberries were in terrible condition and were tiny. Granted, I am aware that it's not the season for strawberries but still, if you're going to sell a tray of cut up fruit at a marked up price, I would expect better looking strawberries on my fruit tray. My boyfriend called the store and the representative he spoke to said, "We can't give you a refund but we can offer you a gift box that is priced at $50 and your girlfriend can stop by to pick it up at anytime..." What the hell am I going to do with that? I am inclined to give you back the entire tray of fruits with spoiled strawberries and see if you're able to resell to the next customer.
