I had good-sized scars all over my body (especially legs and back) from playing many years of school sports and having many pre-cancerous spots removed by dermatologists. One spot on my back looked and felt like a hole from where a horrible dermatologist removed too much muscle tissue (my new derm. confirmed it was a horrible minor surgery job). After several Micropen treatments, it is almost FLAT. My other scars are minimal or nonexistent now. We also used the pen on my hip and thigh stretch marks that had been there for 15+ years. Those are also minimal or gone after a few treatments. I'm so happy to know the results are forever because the pen helps natural collagen fill in the work needed as opposed to artificial injections. I live in Dallas now, but still visit at least twice a year for pen treatments. Lastly, we treated a few spider veins on my legs that were completely gone in two visits. Luckily that is one thing I don't have many of, but I highly recommend the treatments if you do. You cannot beat the price, quality, and customer service by Paige. As another review said, she is an open and honest person, but in a professional manner. She is fair about what you do and don't need (just ask her) because sometimes we think we need everything done when it's unnecessary. She will not oversell you! This incident occurred near closing time (around 6:00 PM) with the associate assigned to the front door preparing for store close. I was looking for a product that was not available on the shelf. After receiving no assistance, I opened a bottom drawer to retrieve the item. The associate immediately approached, forcefully kicked the drawer shut, and reprimanded me in a condescending and demeaning manner. I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome rather than helped. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of training and leadership. No customer should be shamed in a retail environment for attempting to complete a purchase. I spent over $150 during this visit and have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2011. Experiences like this are exactly why long-term customers choose to stop shopping in-store. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for delivery or another store instead.

You want details??? Here they are!!! I was treated here for several years for acne (all throughout high school and college). I only saw the PA, Ashley, who was great! I never met Dr. Alexander though, which is weird because he was co-signing all of the charts as if he saw me everytime. The first time I went to the med spa, I got a facial, and she did a very poor job. She even missed a few of the areas I asked her to target. The second time I went was for a Fraxel consultation. They told me my skin needed to be "more clear" but neglected to tell me HOW to get my skin clearer nor give me any resources to do such. Regardless, I started on spironolactone and got my skin as clear as it's ever been. I had to wait 6 months to be re-evaluated (was out of country), but when I finally went in, they told me there were still "signs of inflammation" (acne marks, which is exactly what I'm trying to get rid of??), so they refused to consider fraxel, and then they proceeded to cancel my microneedling with RF that was scheduled for that day. I even offered to sign something saying I wouldn't sue if something happened, but they refused. I was SO disappointed because I had been looking forward to this for MONTHS. It gets worse though. I had Botox scheduled right after, and guess what? Someone made a mistake and booked someone else during what was supposed to be my appointment. They were trying to fix it and find me a new time, but I just left and never went back (and I never will). And guess what? I went to another med spa, and they did microneedling with RF THE VERY NEXT DAY - no issues at all with it. I was even cleared by their dermatologist for it right before. She did an AWESOME job. My skin looks great, all of the "inflammation" and mild acne they pointed out was eradicated by that laser. Let's see if they try to remove this one

Went today with a group of girlfriends (6 of us) to spend the morning and get services. The…read morecustomer service was subpar at best unfortunately and the scalp detox wasnt anything special in the moment. I will see how my hair feels in the days coming and update accordingly. As to customer service, prior to coming (day or two before) I recieved a text message that my service is set for 2pm and to complete an intake form (which I did). When I arrived I was advised my service wasnt until 245 but everyone else in my group would be at 2. I asked why I recieved a text that my service was at 2 and they said we'll you can enjoy the lounge. I said well I am paying an extra fee to be able to use the lounge so I dont quite know how that is a response. Again I asked why was I sent a message that my service was at 2 when it isn't. They said they didn't know. I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know I would be 45 minutes after everyone and for me to consider a different service. I was again provided no response and instead they attempted to blame the friend that book all of us (when she in fact was never told I would be delayed). I ended up going in at 2:51 (took a screenshot of my phone showing the time) as my friends were coming out and starting to hang out. They acted as if I was wrong for being a bit annoyed and offered no options or even apologies. Then when we went to check out they added in a 20% gratuity to each or our bills even though we were separate and didn't even tell 3 of the girls in our group that they did so and ended up getting way more of a tip than was reasonable even for exceptional service. The lounge is cute. But with the customer service, lack of communication, and overcharging people on a tip we will definitely not be back.
