No exaggeration- we spent 20 minutes at the counter and 3 staff members could not figure out how to check us into services. They then told us they didn't know how to apply a guestpass and asked me to pay full for services. As i did, one of them said she "forgot" about a free spa pass in which i could use. They offered this after my friend (the elite member) already keft very upset to his vehicle.
