And it got worse. When she did the paint between, she MATTED my hair. Not a little tangled... MATTED. I could physically feel her ripping my hair out while taking foils out at the shampoo bowl. On top of that: - Before my service even started, she used a bleach/color bowl that STILL had leftover color from another client in it. Huge sanitary violation. - During the service, she knocked over her entire tray, bowl of bleach, color, brushes, EVERYTHING onto the floor... then picked it all back up and CONTINUED USING IT. I am absolutely mortified. I cried to my husband over this because that's how devastated I am about my hair. It has taken me YEARS to grow and maintain healthy long hair, and now I'm dealing with severe breakage, frizz, mushy overprocessed pieces, and damage that could have been completely avoided with proper care and professionalism. Due to the extent of the damage and the corrective services now required, I will be exploring my legal options, including filing a small claims case for damages and repair costs.

Had there been honest communication from the beginning about limitations or the possibility that my inspiration could not be achieved, I would not have moved forward. Instead, I am now faced with additional expenses to repair and correct my hair elsewhere. This review is not written out of anger, but out of transparency. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing!
