No exaggeration- we spent 20 minutes at the counter and 3 staff members could not figure out how to check us into services. They then told us they didn't know how to apply a guestpass and asked me to pay full for services. I no longer desired to get services done at this point due to the experience and wait, thanked them, and went to leave. As i did, one of them said she "forgot" about a free spa pass in which i could use. They offered this after my friend (the elite member) already keft very upset to his vehicle. We did not get any services done. The customer service was not only unfriendly, they had no idea how to work the system. This was a terribke experience and I will not be back. ​
