The bourbon burger had nice crispy bacon on it and the fries are crunchy and delicious! We also ordered the coconut shrimp ( that was on the happy hour menu) and they were good too! I get it with blue cheese dressing Hubby got the shrimp scampi again. And loved it. It was light and the shrimp was really good. When I asked her about some of her ingredients, I found out she uses quality food ingredients such as Rib Eye in her Philly Cheese Steaks and good quality lean hamburger for her burgers. Her fries are always crunchy...I try not to have them too often but they're so good it's difficult. Lol The Patty Wagon moved recently in the 8000 block on Skyway and has many more tables/seating. Plus lots of shade and protection from the rain now. So that's extra nice for me now. I also found out recently that she was one of the first places to open after the Camp Fire. She wanted to help feed all the workers on The Ridge and she also helped feed some people who were literally homeless pro fire. Although they had some great specials including spicy tacos I chose the burger with bleu cheese and bacon. I chose the side to be posole soup. The burger was huge and omg...so juicy( and messy..lol). No refill on our waters which were empty almost our entire visit, we asked for silverware for the table and she brought us only 1 set (we were a table of 5). I asked for ranch for the table, and she brought us 2. There was zero urgency to bring us our bill once we finished eating. I wouldn't return solely for the lack of service.
