Not only did they break my molding but they clipped my door alarm wire and threw it away. Instead of using brown putty because my door is brown and it's only common sense to use the same color of the door so it will look cohesive but instead I got a very tacky white putty all throughout the door moldings. They wanted to leave so badly that they couldn't even wipe down my new door and left it with fingerprints all over. To top it all off, they put the peephole for someone who is at least 6'5. The measurement where it is at is not even standard. Terrible installation, I would never recommend them as they are clearly acting like they have never done an installation before when they have. 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS on a door that I waited 3 months for, all for it to be a big giant waste of time. Save yourself and go in the opposite direction of them if Lowe's sends them your way for installation services and ask for a different installer. I honestly wish I could give zero stars.

We had two interior doors that needed replacement thanks to rambunctious dogs, a home repair project which we had been putting off until we were notified that an appraiser was coming to our house within a couple days. We suddenly needed this project done NOW. Of course my first stop was Yelp to do research on door installers. I also went to Lowes to check out their door inventory and do price comparisons, considering for about three seconds doing the door replacement ourselves. I reached out to a few door installers and was getting nowhere as they couldn't come out for weeks at the minimum. Ochoa not only answered my inquiry message right away, they were also on the ball and accommodating with everything! Thursday I contacted Ochoa and explained my predicament (Felix was great to talk with), first thing Friday morning a measuring team (Noel and I think Christian) was at my house, Saturday afternoon the two doors were installed by Felix, Noel, and their assistant. No stress about the doors during my Sunday morning the appraisal! They were communicative, professional, courteous, respectful, and overall the most put-together contractor team I have dealt with. The work was quick, reasonably priced (Letty in their office was also a pleasure to work with), and they left no trace aside from two beautiful doors. I've already got the process started with them to have my slider door replaced with French doors and I very much look forward to working with Team Ochoa again!

He told me he'd set something up and after asking him whether or not he would be able to get it done this week, which I understand if he couldn't, he told me he will try to get it done. George has now become unresponsive again and now I just wasted a day when I could have gone to someone else to get my front door area situated. I understand if he was busy but to ghost potential customers like this is extremely rude.

After taking a lot of time (months even!) to search for the best price and quality windows, we found George at Glazing Windows and Doors. George was straight forward and fair. He didn't go into a lot of "song and dance" or take up an hour of our time telling us how great his company is...and make us wait for the estimate. No, instead he just asked me the general measurements of the windows and what type they were...and then...he told me the approximate cost over the phone - yes...in minutes! Then he said, if that sounded acceptable, he would come to our home and take the accurate measurements himself so he could be sure to order the perfect size. We agreed...and he came and did just that. He was quick, friendly, and professional. No gimmicks, no sky-high prices...like over $1000 for a simple window...and all the stuff you'll endure with some companies out there. (And our windows are large - around 58" x 58".) These windows have all the bells and whistles of those expensive types...(yep...argon, double pane, vinyl, easy to open, easy to lock, yada yada yada)...just NOT the exorbitant price tag. Oh...and they come with very nice screens too! It didn't take long for the windows to arrive and George gave me a call to arrange installation. He said we didn't have to worry about anything...they would move (little) things out of the way and get to work. A helper joined him and the two of them were very nice. The windows are beautiful...both from the inside and the outside! They have a lovely wide trim that goes all the way around the exterior of the window which looks fabulous from outside. The windows look so clean and neat! They even put the window blinds back up for me!!!! We've had the new windows for over 6 months now and they are problem- free and lovely. We would definitely order more windows from Glazing Windows and Doors - in fact - they are the ONLY company we would consider. We've gotten other estimates...and unlike what they'll tell you....they are not providing better windows....just charging more. After all, if they have to pay a dozen workers just to get the sale...who do you think will cover all those salaries? Most likely...it's you. So, don't fret if you need new windows. No need to waste your time with those companies who insist both homeowners be home. Glazing Windows and Doors will come and talk to either one of you...give you a fair price and put your windows in. In Aug. of 2019 we had C & N, (Carlos) was the manager, replace our windows. The following December…read moreone of the larger windows started getting condensation inside. The seal, or seals, gave out. We called (Carlos), in December, but he put us off for sometime. Than the covid virus became an issue, so he finally got back to us but could not do anything till things became safer, which was quite understandable. Another window lost its seals and started to get water inside of it. He finally replaced the large window in July 2020, but NEVER REPLACED THE SMALLER WINDOW, in which he said he would. We called him a dozen times, he simply will not answer his phone. Reflecting on everything that has happened the work they actually did was quite poor. Most of the window seals were sloppy and sticking out partially or were not to length. The one window he replaced, the seal is coming undone, AGAIN. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, OR CARLOS. And the thing that makes its even more sad is that Carlos made it a point to impress upon us that he was A CHRISTIAN. His character showed otherwise. This is my experience with C & N, and Carlos. Maybe others have had a better experience or maybe they were just having a bad year. I don't know, I cannot quantify the reasons. But I do know this! A person's character is represented by their work & actions.

Anyway, our sliding back patio door finally jammed immovably shut yesterday evening. I called Yelp's highly rated companies, one of whom doesn't do this type of work anymore and referred me to another company who said they could come out in two or three weeks, maybe! Since there aren't many referrals on Yelp I turned to Google and started down the list. The first one also couldn't come out for some time so moving on to number two, C & N Glass, I spoke to Carlos who promised to come out around 2.00 pm this afternoon to give me a quote and if I found it acceptable do the repair right away. I was frankly hesitant because of their two one star reviews on Yelp but they were going to give me an estimate first and it was going to be today so I gave them a try. Carlos and Cesar arrived on time, gave me an acceptable quote and fixed the door which was no small thing - the whole process taking a couple of hours and included new parts. It works like new and was very fairly priced. I recommend them unreservedly and think that the earlier negative reviews were malicious. You can see from my other reviews and the timeline for my contributions that I'm a genuine Yelper and I urge you to give these guys a try - I don't think you'll be disappointed.
