My family has had just about every service imaginable here--from braces, retainers, whitening treatments, mouthguards, and sleep appliances to cleanings, fillings, and advanced imaging. On my most recent visit, Kathy took care of my cleaning, and she was fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. My teeth have honestly never felt so clean! If you're looking for a dental office that combines exceptional care, modern technology, and a genuinely caring staff, I highly recommend Dr. Resnick and his team. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment I walked in, Tina at the…read morefront desk greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness--she made me feel comfortable right away and answered all my questions with patience and care. Dr. K is hands down one of the most thoughtful and compassionate dentists I have ever met. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, checked in on my comfort throughout the appointment, and truly made me feel like more than just another patient in the chair. Although I can't remember the dental assistant's name, I want to give them the highest praise as well--they were attentive, gentle, and reassuring the entire time. The teamwork in this office is seamless, and it's clear that everyone genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is a dental office that goes above and beyond, and I feel so grateful to have found them. 10/10 service all around--I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!

I have been in dentist chairs for all my life as my parents had bad teeth, so I inherited what…read moreappears to be significant dental issues. I have gone to numerous dentists all over the valley and east coast and for the most part- it comes down to very expensive treatment and it is very hard to afford, which is why most patients don't go as insurance provides minimal coverage in comparsion to cost and out of fear as well. Every year I am forced to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket, which includes: implants, crowns, filling in cavities in multiple teeth, scaling, wisdom teeth removal, bridges, veneers etc. so I am a very experienced dental patient so this is a review you should seriously consider. Tina, I spoke to several months ago, but couldn't face going back for a dental consult based upon what I had heard. I need extensive dental work to replace crowns due to cavities. When I was finally ready to tackle the ongoing problem, Tina got me in immediately when I explained I was starting a new job the following week and needed to construct a dental plan to budget for expenses. Dr. K told me things that no other dentist had ever told me and I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, patience and professionalism. He explained things and attempted to get to the root of the problem, without just throwing expensive numbers out to an already frightened patient on what the news might be. I don't have my treatment plan yet, but will most definitely update this review after the extensive work is completed. It is very clear he cares about his patients. With a patient who has spent enough money, over the years, to put down a significant down payment for a house in an expensive neighborhood, this is a dentist you need to see as I am a very experienced patient, who is always fearful of the procedures and the financial cost. Without hesitation to my fellow zelpers, this is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to in 30 years. I am certain I will not go to any dentist now that I found Dr. K on a referral from a friend, Carol. Carol's teeth look amazing and she had significant dental work and she too loves going to his office. I am incredibly grateful to have received the referral as I have been in dentist chairs, where I literally cried, as I was losing my teeth after spending thousands of dollars on those teeth with dental procedures that failed and their response was cold and all about the money. Thank you Dr. K and staff for being a dentist who practices like from a different era of service where doctors came to your home. It is so refreshing. Lastly, his office is not like some of the very expensive offices I have seen (where I was wrongly influenced by the glitz), but a down-to-earth atmosphere not meant to impress, but to provide what medicine should be about service and health care. Photos will be posted after the work is completed.

Get it in writing UP FRONT! Don't trust verbal statements!…read more Client for several years. Made appt for a crown. Cost $285 with my insurance for a lab made crown, or over $1,000 for a same day CERAC crown. I opted for a lab crown. Went in for appt and the Dental Assistant tells me I can get the CERAC crown, for the same price as the lab made crown, $285. Was told the CERAC is done in less than 2 hours, AND it incudes a 5 year same office warranty that the lab crown does not include. Yes, the exact same price, with a 5 year warranty. I was out in under 2 hours with my new CERAC crown. On April 24, 2026, I emailed the office to ask for a copy of the 5 year warranty. I got no reply for 5 days, so on April 29, I emailed again, saying that one of the selling points was the 5 year warranty, and there had to be something I could get in writing about it. Bernice calls me and says that because I paid the same for the CERAC, as the lab crown costs, I was not entitled to the 5 year warranty. I explain to Bernice the Dental Assistant used the 5 year warranty as a benefit to me of getting that crown. Bernice, said it doesn't apply to the discounted price. Bernice said she would talk to the Dental Assistant and call me back. On May 5, I called and asked for Bernice. Christian said she was busy, but he knows every detail about what happened. He told me he was aware of what I was told, the Dental Asst confirmed that she DID tell me the 5 year warranty was included, however, they would not be honoring the 5 year warranty because even though she, "made a mistake", I didn't pay for the warranty and therefore it would not be honored for me. No apology. Christian repeated that I didn't pay for a warranty and I wasn't getting one. No apology. He was saying, yes we offered you a warranty, INCLUDED with the price of the CERAC crown, BUT we admit we made a mistake and we refuse to honor that mistake, even though there is no financial loss to our business because if something were to go wrong with that crown in the future, we would bill it through your insurance anyways, and we could just write off your 20% co-pay. I asked if Dr. Miaoulis was aware of the situation, and what I was being told. I truly didn't think Miaoulis would approve the way it was being handled because I know he is a shrewd business person, but Christian surprised me by saying the Dr. was fully aware and he wasn't going to honor the warranty, even though his personnel screwed up. No apology. It seemed the calmer I was in trying to rationalize with Christian, how bad of a business decision this was, even saying that I'm not yelling, I'm not swearing, I'm not making threats, it was making me not want to come back and to let others know, Christian got more irritated and then he said, Dr Miaoulis is willing to offer a 1 year warranty on that crown for you. So, why wasn't that mentioned at the start? You wait until I imply I won't be back and that I'll leave a review about this experience, before throwing out a 1 year warranty that Miaoulis allegedly had already approved? I told Christian it's unfortunate something which likely wouldn't have cost them anything, assuming nothing happens to the crown over the next 5 years, will cost them a good client who will now let others know about this situation, which may result in someone choosing to not go there, with the result being a loss to that office of more than what the warranty would have cost. Christian said he was sorry it came to that but he understood my feelings and I should do whatever I needed to do. Pretty arrogant, in my opinion. The loss of my next visit alone, not counting the lost future years of revenue, exceeds whatever non-costs from offering the warranty would have been incurred. For the next patient it happens to, start by making a genuine apology for the mistake your business made. Take ownership and don't blame the patient. Then, immediately offer the best alternative option. Don't wait until the patient says they won't be back to throw out an olive branch that you could have started with, allegedly.

The office pushed extremely hard for upfront payment and presented me with a treatment plan totaling around $4,600, including crowns, deep cleanings, and a root canal. Something did not feel right, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I was told that the deep cleanings and root canal were not necessary and that much of the recommended work did not need to be done. That was very upsetting and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The billing staff was also extremely pushy and aggressive about collecting money upfront, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

Dr Willman is no longer with the practice. Huge, enormous, gigantic loss for Pima Dental. About four months ago, I returned because I needed to molars extracted. Let me note that after the extractions I had fully intended beginning work on all my lower teeth, fully expecting to make another substantial investment. This practice is not inexpensive... in my view it is extremely overpriced (especially after I share what happened below). I was prepared to pay another substantial amount to complete my treatment. I did miss one appointment due to a personal emergency. I attempted to call but was unable to get through, and at the time my focus understandably had to be on the emergency. At my next scheduled appointment, I drove over 45 minutes from north Phoenix. I arrived and had X-rays done, and then met with a dentist who informed me that two teeth would need to be extracted by an oral surgeon and that the procedure could not be done there. While the dentist was courteous, the appointment ultimately resulted in a two-hour round trip simply to be referred elsewhere. I wish this had been communicated to me beforehand. As I was leaving, I was stunned when I was told not to leave and was informed that I owed a $50 missed-appointment fee. Mandy, the office manager, whom I had worked with before made it be known that I needed to pay $50. What disappointed me most was not the amount itself, but the complete lack of empathy or discretion--especially toward a long-standing patient who had already invested heavily in the practice and was prepared to invest significantly more. I understand that offices have cancellation policies. However, patient relationships should involve more than strict enforcement of fees. In my experience, this practice places profits above patient goodwill and patient satisfaction. Between the high costs of treatment and the rigid handling of this situation, it left me feeling that policies mattered more than people. As a business owner myself, I believe long-term trust, empathy, and relationships are what sustain a practice--not nickel-and-diming loyal patients. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek care elsewhere for the remainder of my treatment, and I will not be recommending this office moving forward ever again! I hope this feedback is taken constructively. My initial experience here was excellent, attributed primarily to Dr Willman, which makes this outcome all the more disappointing.
