They had you wait at the door until they were ready for you. They had benches for those who were waiting. While I was waited, I had a friendly conversation with one of the employees. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly. We were from out of town so my boyfriend had called in his measurements. On the day of the pick - up , his pants were huge. A few random notes: * The Yelp listing I assume is old and says that masks are mandatory and that the staff will be wearing them. Neither of the above is true. One member of the staff was wearing one and none of the patrons had one on. * The store has two entrances - one on either side of the building. You enter one side for the prom stuff and the other side for the wedding stuff. * Wedding stuff of course requires an appointment. They keep their thick old school book on the counter and it is indeed packed. For prom wear you show up and the next available staff member assists you while they are also assisting other people at the same time. * My daughter was interested in a dress that their website lists as in stock with them. Nay-nay on this. The staff member who assisted us said that they didn't have that dress but dresses by that designer which is what that means. The website does not real time availability. If you really need a particular piece, either call before you come or buy it elsewhere. With that said, the trip was a success. While the dress she wanted was never stocked here at any time (per the staff member who assisted us), she did find something similar that worked and it was a little cheaper then what she initially wanted so score for me since stuff here is not cheap by any means. Ideally coming during the week I think would yield the best results with being able to browse and try things on without people being everywhere. Door to door the process took about 70 minutes which I guess isn't bad although next time I'll stick with the Jaws IV marathon as it might be less painful.

It was an easy pace to look through and try in dresses. My salesperson, Katie, helped me in try on the dresses and more importantly, without giving me her personal opinion, helped me to narrow down the top 3-4, then retry those and narrow it down to my top dress. It was a superb relaxed environment, a weekday, and Katie made the process seamless. When I ordered my dress it arrived within 2 weeks. I'm very glad this was the first shop I went to. One and done!

I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! Last week I made the mistake of parking in the Floccos designated parking lot. Myself (9 months pregnant) and my mother ran our errand and returned to the car, the lot was still empty at this time. When we arrived back to the parking lot there was a man yelling and cursing profanities at us. At first I was startled and quickly scurried to the car. When I heard what he was yelling at us for parking I promptly apologized. After my apology he didn't stop screaming and cursing at us. Also threatening that he had my license plate number, I'm not what he was trying to insinuate. We were so taken aback and truly felt so threatened that we hurried into the car and left. Of course, I take full responsibility for parking in their lot but I've never in my life been screamed at and threatened by a grown man. Especially given I was viability 9 months pregnant with my mother. Absolutely disgusting and terrifying behavior.

The experience has been a total nightmare and we will likely have to pivot and find another company to go with. We stopped into the Willow Grove location last month to set up an account with suit separates for the groomsmen. Two groomsmen are located in FL but both have Men's Wearhouse near them. It was quite busy the day we stopped in, but the manager on duty eventually assisted us. Her name was Thereza. Thereza created our account and scanned each item (jacket, shirt, vest and pants) so that the guys knew exactly what they would be wearing. She incorrectly entered my fiancé's email address and therefore he was not getting any emails with updates. She also misspelled one of the groomsman's names. None of this information was verified prior to submission. This could have been avoided. She only provided a slip with our group number and sent us on our way. To make matters worse, one of the groomsman went to a location near him to get measured and the associate claimed nothing was in the system. They didn't know which suit style or color because the profile Thereza created was allegedly blank. We called the Willow Grove store to complain and they refused to give us the name of the district manager. We were also told Men's Wearhouse no longer does alterations on pants, which is pretty silly. The service here is embarrassing and I hate to say this, but I don't think we will ever come back.
