He charged me 1150 for a vehicle that overheated 15 minutes after I left the mechanic. The owner refused to answer my calls the day I left the shop with the car. The next day the car caught flame and broke down completely. The owner refused to fix the car or give my money back. He said that he could not fix the car anymore. Now I have no car or 1150. I am not unable to get my children to school, get to work, or provide a Christmas for my children. This facility takes advantage of women because they feel that we do not know anything about cars. I would give this review no stars but you have to give one to post the review. I am trying to prevent any other person from experiencing what I did.

Auto center opens at 9am on Sunday. I arrived at 9:18am. I wanted 4 new tires & oil change. Four…read morehours later, they haven't started on the tires and wasn't quite done with the oil change. Really! This is a bunch of sloths. When I arrived there was one guy in front of me ordering 4 new tires and one couple who were changing out a damaged tire for a new one. That's it. How can it possibly take this long for this service? Unbelievable. I won't be back. I won't due any future business with Walmart. The store has already gotten bad enough when you have to do your own price checks on the app and check yourself out. I would give them a -1 if I could.
