There was also a tree out front with a hole at the split, clearly diseased and ready to go. In-person estimate: Duane took the time to examine both trees, walk the yard perimeter, and even looked at a leaning redwood that was not in scope but leaning towards a power line. Left a v-mail at the main number about the butts and got no reply. 2 days later they knocked on our door asking to work on our trees and NO, we do the trees ourselves. No mention of the v-mail concerns. Sad service. No respect for potential customers.
