I had reservations about any serious cutting affecting it esthetically. Between the skepticism and dread of dealing with neighbors, it got put off. Eighteen months later, a large branch fell and it was beyond obvious that the weight of all of the branches was just too much. We got back in touch with Marcos and he graciously came back out to reevaluate. I explained why we had postponed the inevitable and he went into detail on the how/when/why. Though still reluctant, we moved forward. The crew was kind, courteous and respectful of my property along with surrounding neighbors. It was the honesty and attentiveness that ultimately locked in the decision to use this local company. The result was more than one could hope for!

Unfortunately they had to go. JC Tree company gave us a quick, in-person estimate and a great quote for these beasts. The 3 guys who came the day of were so polite, professional and clean! I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they cut down the massive tree and ground down the root bulb. They were so careful to clean up any mess they made and were mindful of other surrounds plants and drip lines. They also blew off as much debris as they could from our pool cover. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who was the GC of the job...he kept us updated about what was happening and was just so kind. All-star company. Couldn't ask for a better experience. As sad as I was to see my beautiful birds of paradise go, they handled it flawlessly. If you need a tree service, these guys are definitely who you want in your yard.

The website was well-maintained and their license number was active so I decided to fill-out the form and hope I got a response. A few hours later, I got a text from Luis to schedule a time to come by for a free estimate. He was so professional, advised me of potential damage to our sprinkler system, and quoted me a super reasonable price for the tree removal and stump grinding - actually several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes I got. Luis and his crew arrived on time the following week. They were so fast, did an exquisite job removing the tree, and the stump grinding was flawless. They removed our grass and leveled the area which was very uneven due to our septic settling. They replaced all the sprinklers added drip. They added decomposed granite to an area and built a flagstone and DG walkway. We have acreage and they laid over 3,000 square feet of grass! They also laid gopher wire under the sod. It turned out beautifully.

He lied & said yes they did that he was even with them. Not only was it obvious they hadnt, the green wasted cans were empty & we checked the security camaras. It was a flat out lie. Not once did he call & say we missed this week etc. He was expecting to get paid for work they never did. My brother & I were grieving, both working full time jobs & trying to fix up the house. The last thing we needed was to have to do the yards also. But since Aldo was flaking & dishonest we had to take care of the yards ourselves. Save your money & find a more reliable & reputable company.

Vincent's communication was great. He text me when he was on his way to both the quote and the day of the job, which he was exactly on time for both. The trees that needed trimming were very large. The first tree had branches that hung directly over the roof, and we were worried that it would be difficult to cut the large limbs without damaging the roof. Vicente and his crew made it look easy. The second tree was on a hill in our yard, and the limbs hung over the street where cars would park. We couldn't find the owner of one of the cars to move it, and Vicente was a magician cutting the limbs down with ropes, and never touched the car below. After cutting all the trees, Vicente and his crew left the place spotless. I am so glad I have a reliable and reasonably priced tree service now. I will use MVP Tree Service for my whole family.
