I've called and texted Jose over 100 times and he barely responds, over promises and never delivers. He comes out and does this song and dance about how the color doesn't match and never comes back for months. I'm over reaching out to him. I'm very disappointed in his work ethic.

After deciding which tiles I wanted for my kitchen backsplash but before I sent a down payment I happened upon some bad reviews and had a heart attack! I let the owner know that I was nervous to go through with the order and she gave me a handful of Interior decorators and designers to contact as references and I did. Nothing but the best responses and reviews came back and settled my mind. I received my tiles within the estimated timeframe and couldn't be happier! Beautiful and unique compared to so many mass manufactured tiles you find online or in flooring stores. Packaging was fabulous and not one broken tile.
