I've never been so disappointed and angry with a company before. They came to our house to install a basic custom closet for our nursery - Joe came out to look at the space, sent us a beautiful design which we approved, we negotiated the price, which came out to about $250 less than the other quotes we received, we quickly scheduled the installation within a few weeks and everything was great. Until the closet was installed. We had existing rods and shelves that needed to be taken out before the new closet was installed and the installers ripped them out so viciously they left huge holes in the wall. They filled them with plaster and left it to dry. It's our fault we agreed to pay for the crappy job, but after numerous calls and complaints Dee agreed to offer us free backings for one part of the closet. Because a closet that's half done and the other half plastered is a solution??? She said they don't offer sanding and painting and that no closet company will do that, that it is up to us to find a painter or do the fix ourselves. Also they never put in their initial notes that any demo and patching would have to be done and it was not discussed with us at any point in time. So I was SHOCKED when I saw the "finished" job. Pictures attached for reference. Anyway, we reached out to a painter we've worked with for years and he would need to sand, prime and re-paint the ENTIRE closet because of how bad the demo job was before they put in the closet. After all is said and done it's costing us more to work with Amazing Closets than it would have to have hired a more reputable and established company like Closet World. But that's on us. What's crazy to me is that after I called and spoke to Dee and explained my frustration to her, instead of offering a better solution she just said "sorry for the inconvenience" and hung up on me. Yea I'm sorry too. Moral of the story - you get what you pay for. And this company doesn't care to do right by their customers and be accountable for their own mistakes. We recently needed to have new closets & cabinets installed in our entryway closet, laundry room, guest and master bedroom closets and called Amazing Closets for a quote. Joe and D were on time to the appointment, listened to our ideas and needs for our space and said that they would provide us with some suggestions, a 3D imaging and a quote. We received the quote and 3D imaging mock ups within a couple of day as expected. Joe & D were easy to work with and very responsive to our questions as we decided on the scope of work and finalized the details. We wanted to get the work done right away but they were quite busy and booked out for several weeks, however, they got a cancellation and called us to schedule our work earlier than expected, which we appreciated. During installation they ran into some issues with laundry cabinets and they need to be resized and corrected. The team made some recommendations and after we consulted with Joe & D they made the necessary corrections and came back to complete the final installation the following week. Amazing Closets was very professional, reasonably priced and a good value overall. We are happy with the final outcome and will contact them for future closet needs. Thank you Joe & D!!!!. read more

Amazing Closets did a great job! I did a lot of price shopping and Amazing Closets ended up the most cost effective for the quality and color that I wanted. They also came on time and cleaned up after they left. The install only took 3.5 hours. The only thing is I didn't know they were going to cut some of my crown molding to fit the closet against my wall. I didn't dock a star since it wasn't such a big deal. My fiancée and I decided to consolidate our homes into my modestly sized, one-bedroom apartment. The only possibility for peaceful co-existence consisted of upgrading the awkward storage space into which I had crammed the odds and ends of my worldly possessions. Not only did Amazing Closets return our calls (an apparent rarity in the storage solutions field), but they were able to follow up with a timely appointment for a consultation, which was kept punctually and professionally. Our requests were listened to, and we received a proposed design within 36 hours of our first meeting. When we sent back a few minor changes, we received not only an updated design but an estimated cost to help us plan our design costs. Unfortunately, the next available installation date was during our honeymoon -- so Amazing Closets bent over backwards to arrange a Saturday installation appointment and get our new home set up before we departed for our nuptials. The installation was quick, clean, and professional -- aside from the BEAUTIFUL and well-designed closet interiors which now graced our bedroom, you wouldn't have been able to tell that the crew of two had been present at all. Amazing Closets removed our previous closet design, patched over existing architectural blemishes, and installed tidy, custom-designed storage solutions, all in the span of four hours. Joe came out, measured, we picked our wood color and he emailed the design and quote. Email communication was great and he accommodated our changes perfectly. I got 4 closets done at my house about 2 months ago and amazing closets did an great job. We were on a pretty tight timeline and they accommodated us. They came at 8am as planned and were done at noon, clean up and left the place spotless. I love that the shelves are adjustable, look really sturdy, the drawers pull all the way. All good quality. It's a family owned business and D does the design and Joe builds it. I even stopped by their shop to see samples even though it was closed, Joe was there and showed me some samples. I guess the first review I left was taken down. I used this company 8 years ago for one closet and although it wasn't the best work, it was a better price than Closet World. Fast forward to 2022, I reached out for a new estimate for a new house. This time 6 closets were involved. They came out and wrote up the estimate in one week. They dismounted all the the baseboards after they installed the closets and they never reconnected them. They didn't put the connecting spacers at the top of the closets until I reminded them they were missing. They also never gave me the lucite doors that were ordered. In dealing with Joe, the owner, most of the problems were taken care of. But then came his wife who was extremely rude and hung up in my face twice when I told her Joe said the lucite doors were ready. She kept arguing that it wasn't said to me and she was very rude saying it. I should've gone with my first mind and used Closet World and had it done right with a better attitude. read more

I got an estimate from Amazing Closets and found their pricing competitive with no gimmicky offers and no sales pressure. They did a great job from start to finish. Needed a basic but large walk-in closet to be made and some garage cabinets installed as well. It was easy to get an initial estimate by email and then final measurements from Joe who came over to confirm measurements and design. After a few design changes and a couple of weeks we placed our deposit. A team of six installers came over on time and when scheduled and completed the work in a clean and timely manner.
