I asked for Tina to do both my fill in and pedicure based on the reviews. She was very friendly and I thought she did a nice job on both. The only disappointments I had were their lack of OPI products, which I really prefer, and the salon needs a little deep cleaning. There were spots that were dusty, a laundry hamper with unfolded laundry sitting out and things that just made it seem a little unkept. I think I will give her another try as she did a nice job. I do hope they get some more OPI products and do a little cleaning. It's very convenient in the Publix shopping center where I shop regularly.

While they do greet customers when they arrive, the staff doesn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. During my second visit for a pedicure, the technician had to repaint my big toe twice, which made me question the quality of the service. I also got a full set with two designs, and instead of hand-painting the artwork as expected, stickers were used. To make matters worse, after only about a week and a half, four of my nails started lifting from the cuticle area. I'm not sure what products or glue were used, but I've had full sets last much longer without this issue. What bothered me most was that while I was getting my nails done, another employee loudly commented that I needed my eyebrows done. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear that in front of other customers. For a pedicure and full set with two designs, I paid $180, which felt overpriced for the quality of service I received. They also only accept cash tips, which is inconvenient since customers cannot add a tip when paying by card. The Wi-Fi was poor as well. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality did not match the price. Based on my experiences, I won't be returning.

I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician. They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails.
