Richard inspected the car and gave us a quote. Once we got the at fault drivers information we brought the car to be repaired. Geico wasn't going to give us an OEM bumper which my husband was upset about. Richard went out of his way to price match the bumper and ordered all original Ford parts. He fixed the car in TWO DAYS! He was so fast, and wow, he did a great job! My husband went to pick up the car and gave him the check from Gieco which was less than the total. Richard took care of getting the balance from them, we never even had to make a phone call. He also took care of setting up a rental car for us. I have had other accidents in the past. Richard's communications were very helpful and professional. The car looked great inside and out! He even cleaned the inside of the car and the outside which I was thrilled about. If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely go to Zee Collision Center. They are affiliated with Branford Ford's Collision Center. My husband and I both drive Fords and are happy to find a trust worthy center to keep in our Rolodex!

Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!! Update: The radiator, that they got $300 from the insurance company for, plus an additional $380…read morescammed wrongfully from my mother, was not installed properly and wasnt strapped down as tightly as it needed to be, which then started to rub against my bumper that they didn't properly fix, which caused a hole to form straight through my radiator. 100% at the fault of this shop. $700 for a radiator that they couldnt even properly install. They should be ashamed to call themselves mechanics. My car will be getting re fixed at the expense of the insurance company (thank GOD) and the second I have the paperwork in my hands I will be going directly to DMV to file a claim on this shop. I have called this place more than a few times and left messages about a vehicle listed online. Got…read moreno reply whatsoever. Sent an email and got no reply either. Checked further and noticed that the Orange 2006 Jeep Wrangler has been in their inventory from 10/15 to now (3/17). An entire year and a half with varying prices, going up for a few months and then down. Then I scanned the ad very closely and noticed the word "sold" listed under the stock # hidden in small letters on the page. Seems like a shady place that doesn't return phone calls or emails on cars that are sold, but yet continues to run the ad for many months. I have $5000 cash to put down in a Jeep right now, but if they can't bother to answer the phone, respond to voice mail or email then why should I or anyone else look at any other keeps in their inventory? That of course would be the entire purpose of a fake ad, but they even failed at that.
