The mechanics and painters in the shop are true artists. Richie the owner takes great pride in the work his people do and the office manager Lisa keeps it all running smooth and insures customer satisfaction, They even took a look at my AM//FM radio that was not working properly (unrelated to the fender bender) and were able to reset the touch screen before the car was returned to us. The whole experience was effortless due to the quality of the work and the dedication to excellent customer care they seamlessly provide. Our van sustained a dent and damage and we took it to Traynors Auto Body in Fairfield, CT! Wow! Michael was great, they heated the dent, pulled it out, smoothed it, re-painted and buffed out the whole area! It's like brand new! This is a well organized and presented auto body shop. The offices were clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. I was referred to them by my insurance company. The estimate process was thorough and complete. They scheduled my repair for 6 business days after my estimate - that confirmed that they are in demand. Once my car was there they were responsive to my calls so I could get a status. We had a large snowstorm that pushed my delivery date out two days. Other than that I was happy with the service. Impressed! I've had work completed here twice, and both times were for a new fender. Their appointments are flexible and you don't have to wait too long. Their work is outstanding and both times I've been impressed. The staff is friendly and polite and they always go above and beyond what is expected. This last time, they fixed my fender but I'm also pretty sure they vacuumed and washed my car. I was recently in a fender bender and the insurance company for the person who hit me sent me to Traynor for repairs. Like the other review mentions, I did have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment to get the repair, but it was completely worth the wait. My bumper was replaced and the paint was matched on the entire rear of the car perfectly. The work was done quickly. The car was cleaned, waxed and vacuumed when I picked it up. And the cherry on top? They even pulled out a couple of unrelated door dings on the sides. My car now looks better than it did before the accident and quite possibly better than when I bought it! I had an encounter with a garbage dumpster that literally put a hole through my back door quarter panel and dug a 15 inch deep scratch across the rear door. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Picked it up yesterday and my car looks like it is brand spanking new. They washed it and cleaned it and the price? Well let's just say that it was a lot less than I had expected. They were recommended by my insurance broker and having never dealt with that much damage to a vehicle before I was expecting the worst but was extremely happy!! I brought my car to Traynor for some front end damage on my car. Traynor's work was top notch, including matching my paint which isn't easy on a older car with an unusual color. They used new genuine parts, not aftermarket ones. Work was done in a timely fashion and they helped arrange a rental for me as well. My only complaint is that they are very busy and I had to wait a bit before they could fit me in, but a busy shop is generally a good one. read more

They are amazing! I brought my car there on a referral from USAA when I was hit in a parking garage. They took the time to ensure that I was put first and to keep me in the loop when it came to my repair. When it took longer than expected, they made sure to reach out to Enterprise to let them know I needed an extension on my rental car. They worked around my schedule when I dropped it off and picked it up. When I got my car back, It was immaculate! Not only did they do an amazing job, they washed my exterior and cleaned my entire interior. I could not be more happy with my experience there.
