Richard inspected the car and gave us a quote. Once we got the at fault drivers information we brought the car to be repaired. Geico wasn't going to give us an OEM bumper which my husband was upset about. Richard went out of his way to price match the bumper and ordered all original Ford parts. He fixed the car in TWO DAYS! He was so fast, and wow, he did a great job! My husband went to pick up the car and gave him the check from Gieco which was less than the total. Richard took care of getting the balance from them, we never even had to make a phone call. He also took care of setting up a rental car for us. I have had other accidents in the past. Richard's communications were very helpful and professional. The car looked great inside and out! He even cleaned the inside of the car and the outside which I was thrilled about. If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely go to Zee Collision Center. They are affiliated with Branford Ford's Collision Center. My husband and I both drive Fords and are happy to find a trust worthy center to keep in our Rolodex!

My car will be getting re fixed at the expense of the insurance company (thank GOD) and the second I have the paperwork in my hands I will be going directly to DMV to file a claim on this shop. Checked further and noticed that the Orange 2006 Jeep Wrangler has been in their inventory from 10/15 to now (3/17). An entire year and a half with varying prices, going up for a few months and then down. Then I scanned the ad very closely and noticed the word "sold" listed under the stock # hidden in small letters on the page. Seems like a shady place that doesn't return phone calls or emails on cars that are sold, but yet continues to run the ad for many months. I have $5000 cash to put down in a Jeep right now, but if they can't bother to answer the phone, respond to voice mail or email then why should I or anyone else look at any other keeps in their inventory? That of course would be the entire purpose of a fake ad, but they even failed at that.
