Very poor service and distrustful. My mom took her car for an oil change on 3/14. Prior to taking it for a service the air condtioning was running fine. A few days later (after taking it in) the air conditioner was making strange, loud ,gurgling noises. She decided to change the cabin air filters herself. When she pulled them out, there was a hole in the middle of the filter. Someone must have poked a hole, and stuck it back in without letting her know or even change it. The gurgling sounds disappeared upon changing the filters. Extremely disappointed in the service and lack of honesty in this business. read more

Last Friday 2/13/26 we were in our way out of town I was driving my Motorhome towing a trailer and my wife was following in my 2005 Tundra. The alternator went out on my Tundra and the truck powered down on the side of the 210 freeway. This was a holiday weekend (Presidents' Day) at about 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon . Had AAA tow my wife to a local shop who said they couldn't fix it same day. Called Tony's shop and spoke to the manager and explained our situation - he did not hesitate and said to bring it in and they would try their hardest to get us back on the road. Had it towed to Tony's at about 3pm and they diagnosed and installed a new alternator before they closed at 5pm. The price was fair and the manager was very kind to my family and we are very grateful for this. We got back on the road and had an awesome holiday weekend of off-roading out in the desert, truck is running great! THANK YOU GUYS!! read more

Took in my car to get a alternator installed on a saturday two hours before closing and i wasnt expecting to get my car back that day. Very Bad Customer Service, I had them do a transmission flush and other axle work, the regular mechanics are cool but the person in the office I guess the manager or Lead mechanic acted like a asshole no customer care or professionalism, after my car service someone there left the parking brake on and being that it was transmission work was expecting drag when driving didn't notice someone put the parking brake on since I never put it on about 30 miles later when I took it off the brakes starting sounding damaged and tranmission sputtering I called Tony's auto repair the next day to speak with manager and he gave me a foul, Very negative and rude attitude claiming no one put on the parking brake on since he tests drove it afterwards he gave a very Negative bad attitude never will I recommend this place due to the manager or lead mechanics Negative Bad unresponsive attitude and behavior BE CAREFUL DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SERVICE PLACE FOR A REPAIR. I took my Dodge Durango 2012 because it was overheating or something with the temperature it would go up n down my body shop sent it to get repaired there I got it the next day said it was ready. After I got it I got home noticed my bumper tab was broken a week later check engine light came on which we don't drive it a lot n we took it to get diagnose n gave them p0128 code Which is thermostat rationality. After inspecting in turns out truck didn't have one so they fixed the issue by removing the old one since n didn't put one in the truck so it wouldn't over heat since it didn't have a thermostat VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My husband and I have gotten the BEST service here! The employees are wonderful, honest, thorough, true to their work and over all it is a great repair facility. We travel over 15 mile to take our trucks here. We found them by accident, my husband I were told we needed a new transmission in a 4 y.o. Diesel with 42k miles. We took it there for a second opinion to find out the truck's batteries were not providing enough power to computer so the truck was shifting sluggish.
