I'm extremely irked! My daughter brought her 2020 Honda Civic in for an oil change a few months back. At that time Amir informed her she needed a new air filter and replaced it. Well, it was replaced with a makeshift oversized filter, that was stuffed in. She started to have AC issues in which the filter wasn't working correctly, and blowing particles into her eyes while she drove. I took it to the dealer where they found the issue. The AC Fan was shredding the oversized filter. I was enraged, not only because my daughter was charged for the makeshift filter, but because it jeopardized her entire AC unit! Luckily, the AC Condenser and Compressor Shaft that needed to be replaced was covered under her warranty! Such a small stupid mistake could have caused a very expensive issue! read more
