Amazing service! I needed my front headlight fixed and came in around 11:30am. The man in the office said they might not be able to take my car because of the time but he called over the owner to see how difficult the job would be (as some cars require several parts be removed). The owner was very kind and checked my car. He came back and said they could do it as it was a quick job. I was out in less than 20 minutes and I couldn't be happier! It was around $40. I was driving down the road when my turn signal and emergency blinkers stopped working. Thankfully, I was about a half mile out from this place and decided to give it a try. The owner was super nice, offered me coffee and the place to sit while he worked on my car. Had a check engine type message that I hadn't seen before come on my screen and stopped here since they are near my mom's home. I forget the gentlemen's name but it was on a Monday when they were closed and he was working in the office and he was so kind to stop what he was doing to see what the problem was, that alone I was so grateful for. He added a certain type of oil and that did the trick, only charging me $12 bucks. I took a picture of it so my husband can run down to auto zone to buy more for back up as he said I would need to do this every 1,000 miles or so. Life saver!! I'm sure I could of caused more damage to my car if I would of waited longer. Thank you for being so kind and helpful and honest, you don't find gem of mechanics like this anymore. I found this Auto Repair shop here on yelp on 3/10/23. I was on my way to work early that morning around 6am, my charge light came on and my car started freaking out, I suspected it was the alternator. I searched for a repair shop on YELP and I came across this shop. I called a couple of other repair shops but this shop stood out. I spoke with David who was very polite and courtesy, I explained my issue and then he quoted me a price. What I really liked about the call was David taking the time to find a alternator at a reasonable price for my car. The next million dollar question was, can you do the repair today being its Friday and a majority shops will not take on a job like this on a short notice. David said bringing in and I can have back to you later today. I had my car towed there and immediately David started the process. Long story short lol My car was repaired as promised and I was a happy camper, thank you to the mechanics that did the repair. As a first time customer and the trust and honesty conversation I had with David I will definitely go back. Oh by the way David also gave me advice on my dad's car on how to check out the issue his car has, you really don't find shops that will kind heart give you genuine advice. I referred my friend, Anna, to visit these guys (whom I happen to know through a mutual friend). This shop was also conveniently close to Anna's home. We went in and were treated with the utmost respect. Although this was for Anna's car, and since I referred her, plus I was with her, I felt obligated to write the review myself. We were greeted by a gentleman name, Hampo. He was professional, super nice guy, and knew what he's doing. Anna had a quote from another mechanic. It was over priced and she couldn't afford it. Hampo explained everything that needed to be done to her car, educated her on how and why, so that she is more aware. Plus it was much cheaper then the other shop, yet the quality work was there, hands down. Her car has been running smooth and much better then when she 1st bought it. About a month ago, my car started overheating on the way home from work. It just happened that the closest auto place was Economy. So I pulled my car in, found out that my water pump was broken and needed to be fixed right away. Normally, I would have it fixed temporarily and decline actually getting the job done right away before researching. For some reason, I felt like they were giving me the honest truth. Told me the problem and said they would look into it. If they saw that it was less that what they first thought, they would do the right job. I believed them. If you are looking for an honest shop with excellent customer service, go to the city of Azusa and visit Economy. David solved all my issues in one visit at 1/10 cost of the dealer. Chrysler Jeep had it for 3 visits, which totaled 12 days without my rubicon, and never solved my dilemma. (insert sad emoji).
