His showroom has a ton of selection for wood and luxury vinyl flooring with all different shades, colors and plank sizes at all budgets. We were able to make multiple trips back to the showroom to select our luxury vinyl floors along with bringing samples home to our house to see it in our living room and bedrooms with a natural lighting and house lighting. An important part of a vinyl flooring install is self leveling the floors prior to installation. Jeff recommended this when other contractors said we didn't need to do it. I'm so glad we did because our floors feel so level and solid when walking on them. Truly a 5-star experience. We had an interior staircase covered with very dated carpet. Our living room has hardwood floors so we decided to remove the carpet and replace it with hardwood. Even though the living room hardwood was over 20 years old, Jeff found a nearly exact match. Jeff and his team removed the carpet on the stairs and installed the new hardwood. We contacted Jeff of Got You Floored to replace the old flooring in a 1985 fixer-upper we were moving into. Jeff was patient with us as we tried for weels to find a flooring that we liked. Once we chose the flooring, Jeff quickly got us on his schedule and his team soon arrived for the install. His team did considerable leveling of the old, uneven concrete pad and then did an excellent job installing the luxury vinyl planks and carpet. Just got my floors repaired by Jeff and his crew. Jeff was so easy to work with and very professional. I had to repair my floors after 4.5 years because the previous guy did such a bad job that my floors cracked. I met Jeff working with another flooring company that uses GOT YOU FLOORED as one of their installers. Our floors were originally installed in 2021 and everything was perfect. Over time the floor began to cup, and Jeff came out for a warranty repair. Long story short, the manufacturer changed installation requirements that did not align with the original installation, which led to an inspector blaming the installation as the reason for our issues. From my perspective the manufacturer pulled a fast one and left Jeff and his small business to deal with it. While this sounds like a terrible business practice on behalf of the manufacturer, Jeff ultimately made things right and honored his warranty, knowing it was a manufacturer issue that they would not rectify. It is hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to home renovation work, but Jeff and his team are responsive, punctual, and most importantly they do a great job. Jeff and his team installed our hardwood floors throughout our entire home (excluding bathrooms & laundry room). Jeff was very communicative throughout about the process and scheduling. We had a situation where our general contractor decided they would take a break while the flooring was installed. It wasn't necessary, but Jeff and his team busted their butts to get the job finished so the overall construction could resume timely. The workmanship and cleanup were great. We recently had an issue with one wood plank that Jeff sent one of the team members to take care of it as a courtesy in a very timely fashion. True professionalism right there!
