I've been here twice since moving to the area, and I haven't been disappointed yet! The BBQ chicken pizza has an amazing flavor. The teriyaki wings are delicious. The salad is fresh. Our first order and I must say so far a bit disappointing. Was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery. Delivery arrived in about 30 minutes that was a pleasant surprise. Upon opening door driver explained he had the wrong pizza and tea. Stated he would have to go back to store. Okay things happen. 25 minutes later he arrives back and the pizza is ice cold. Called store to let them know. The person who answered the phone did not seem concerned but did apologize. Placing pizza in oven to reheat. We had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, cheese bread and cinna bites. Unfortunately they forgot the cinnamon on the cinna bites. Called and let them know, and they made some up and delivered them to us. This was great since we had done a pickup order. Hot fresh pizza. Nice tomatoey slightly spicy sauce. Definition of terrible food. Bad service, awful food and employees. Pizza was beyond dry and the guy doing the register with dreads didn't know English. Tried to talk to him he just looked like huh. Poor service and professionalism. Owners daughters run around barely clothed, to promote what sells they can. Establishment needs revamping. Food is okay but hope your ready for a timely wait. The owners and there children will be the down fall to this location. I've seen in my experiences they are entitled and will stunt the growth of this establishment. Certainly won't allow other waiters to make a honest wage. There is a lot of sketchy labor laws going on behind the scene at this establishment worth noting. In my opinion it has attributed to declining quality of service and food. I would not recommend or condone what take place here, other locations have much more to offer. read more

We had a menu on the fridge they dropped in our drive way and I was curious about Toni's and thought it might be an alternative to some of the other popular pizza places...It Ain't!! -First a surly uncomfortable phone call... Then the worst excuse for a sub sandwich - flat as a pancake. The food was all over the place when I opened the box (Who puts diced tomato's on a sub?) I ordered wings with spicy teriyaki. I'm not lying when I tell ya I could identify neither. Blue cheese dressing was no such thing. Pretty sure it was just milk that had gone bad. I have always had an excellent experience except with this order. I placed my delivery order for two pizzas and a bottle of ranch dressing. My pizzas were delivered but I did not receive my bottle of ranch. I called regarding the shorted item and told it would be delivered. Then received a call that they would not be able to deliver and they would note on my account to give the next time I ordered. One of my pizzas was undercooked, doughy, and bell pepper topping was really crunchy. Hopefully, it will be better next order. read more

I visited Tony's on Saturday March 7. It was an hour to closing when I called my order in. When I arrived to pick up my food, the resturant was clean and the cook had on gloves-I was super excited to see that. The food: I ordered cheesy bread sticks-$5.39 tax included. They were hot and right out of the oven and pretty good. I did not care for the taste of the marinara sauce that came with them. The breadsticks were greasy but not so much that they are inedible. Overall an average experience and I will return to try other menu items. read more

Since we moved here last year, we have gave a lot of business to Tony's in Piedmont. Really like their food. But my last 3 delivery experiences were very disappointing. 1st was a mess up on my order with a sandwich which was not a big issue seeing that my wife just swapped meals with me. I am allergic to mayo.. (Why does SC add mayo to steak and cheese I will never know!) But the last 2 deliveries was same mistake both times! We always order a cheese pizza for our little girl in which they failed to deliver. Hard to eat your food while waiting for them to make it and deliver and having your child wondering why she doesn't have hers!! If you get anything here, make sure it includes the Stromboli's. They are absolutely ridiculous. I've tried them all and my favorite is the spinach white. I know you are thinking, what? But seriously, it's the best one they have. The crust is perfect & the balance of the cheese, spinach, mushrooms, etc., earns its own ratings. (Comes with a side of red sauce!) 2nd favorite is the traditional supreme pizza filling and then the bacon cheeseburger version. Their traditional pizzas are hit and miss. Probably has something to do with who's in the kitchen. Sometimes it's great & there are times when it's just meh! Their salads are great and you can order a side salad version of each, which is an added bonus. The fried chicken salad is a southern staple & their sandwiches never disappoint either. I very rarely post a review good or bad! But this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with! We ordered pizza for delivery Friday, and now it is Sunday (only 2 days later) but today they won't deliver to us. As I was on the phone with the supervisor I could hear the driver in the back ground with an attitude about how she was not going to drive .3 mile over the same exact distance they drove on Friday! I am a regular customer there! The company I work for has food delivered from them weekly, we are a family that sits down in this restaurant as well! I have to say that this will definitely affect the future business that comes from my business at lunch as well as coming in to sit down and eat!
