This place is near my work. We eat here sometimes on Fridays. Iove their pizza, I get the small Supreme and I think its awesome. The marinara has great flavor, can taste the seasonings. The veggies are crisp and flavorful. The crust taste like its homemade. My boss gets the subs from there and he loves them. He's always suggesting to try them. I got the Supreme Stromboli yesterday and its was over the top. Loved it. The veggies had so much flavor. I don't like black olives, but with other veggies in the Stromboli made them all taste so good. . Brought it home and my daughter finished it. She doesn't like mushrooms but again mixed with all the veggies she said they were awesome. I love this place. I want to try other menu items. Wanting me some tonys right now. read more

Ordered online, website showed it will be ready in 30 minutes, called 15 minutes later to confirm order. I was told my order was ready and waiting for pickup. My pizza was cold by the time I got home with it. They don't text to let you know they're working on your order. There are too many pizza places in Piedmont to put up with this. read more

I ordered a sub and a pizza online. It gives me a time to pick up, says the food is being made. Great. I go to pick up my order and they know nothing about it. Can't find any record of it. I show them my email receipt, they say it will be 15 or 20 minutes. Somehow they were able to find my order to make it after I ordered and waited 45+ minutes and then had to wait another 30 for my food to be made. We haven't eaten the food yet but it's going to have to be spectacular to get me to order from here again. Such a shame. I want to support small businesses in my town but when this is what you get, I'll stick to the chains or driving to Easley. read more

The crust tastes like a premade mozzarella crust you buy from the store and my pizza has barely any sauce, I couldn't see any red or barely taste it. However, my husband and I stopped by yesterday for a bite, and were told by the person at the register that patrons now have to pay up front for their meal before they can sit down in the restaurant. This is a neat little place. I'm giving it 5 stars for one reason. The sub! I had their Italian sub. It was heated, which was unexpected, but it was awesome. I will not return to this location for the following reasons: They changed the buffet No Salad bar No spaghetti or pasta of any kind Pizza was not kept up with and was marginal at best. Staff more interested in their delivery business than customers inside. There were only 10 at 1845 hours on a Friday night. No chicken wings on the buffet. No Waite Staff. No one asked if we needed anything. My wife and I took 3 of our grandchildren ages 7, 5, and 3. It cost us $24.00 for just them. My total bill for all of us was over $45.00. We asked for a pizza to be made special. It was made, but not really as we asked. It was dry and the crust was like cardboard. Overall, the restaurant was clean. This included the bathroom. But, with no more business than there was at this location it should have been spotless. Finally, there is no Military Discount. For what I spent on the buffet, I could have bought their special and gotten the deal at half the price. I will not be back. Sad, I have in the past been a regular customer. read more

New to the upstate, we dined in for our first and last experience at Tony's tonight. Service was slow and they had more than enough servers, not to mention they didn't seem to be busy for a Friday night. Hint...That's usually a sign. We placed our order and after waiting 30 min for a pizza, we were told our pizza got "stuck" (?) in the oven which required them to remake our pizza. Meanwhile I'm stuck dealing with a crying 2 year old who was starving. Waited another 20 or so for a the second pie. We had the supreme and like another person commented, the toppings were light. Also, there is no way the dough for the crust is fresh as the employees shirt say "Made Fresh Daily". They should get new shirts that say "Thawed Out Daily". Sauce taste like something from a can, definitely not homemade either. Don't get me started on the cleanliness. Let's just say when we walked out, it felt like I needed a shower. I usually don't dog on a new restaurant and try to be open minded going in, but I should have listened to myself when I walked in with the feeling that no one is here and this can't be good. We just moved to the area a few months ago and have had a difficult time finding any places that deliver food in our area. Last night we ordered from Tony's. We ordered 3 dinners: lasagna, manicotti, & spaghetti with meatballs. It was all delicious with good portions, very reasonable prices and fast delivery. Our food was still hot when it arrived. Also ordered cinnabites which was an enormous portion that 3 adults shared and still had leftovers. We will definitely order from here again. read more

Tony's has a TV in the dining area , a private dining area for baseball banquets etc. , and a variety of different pizzas to try from the buffet. The wait staff was very good about drink refills and checked on me very frequently. In my opinion, however, the pizza was average and really no different than what I've had at other pizza buffets. read more

I ordered delivery for dinner, a small pizza. The young lady said on the phone the min for delivery was $15. I then ordered bacon cheddar fries. The total reached approximately $17.50. Now I live directly behind the business in the Blythwood neighborhood. The lady charged my card and said it would take 1.5 hours for delivery. I proceeded to say I would pick it up so take off the fries, but the charge was already processed. Therefore, I said go ahead and deliver since I only ordered the fries for the convenience of delivery. I woke up from a nap to realize it was 10PM and still no door bell had rang. The food never came. I called the business and another woman answered the phone. This woman first questioned if I order the food at that location. She stated she had no orders on her shelf. She finally found a ticket that stated I would pick the food up. It's obvious it was a mistake, which I can understand. But the part that took me back was the night manager offered not apology and only stated that the charge would be placed back on my card. At minimum, I would hope I would receive a refund. This place is seriously a joke. I just moved to piedmont within the last year and Tony's is the only place I've been able to find that delivers. So far in the last year I've already had 2 bad experiences. The first was when I called to order delivery and their phone was off the hook. I continued to try calling for at least an hour with no success. Finally I decide to leave the house, which I really was not feeling up to at the time. I get to the restaurant and ask the lady at the counter if she's aware their delivery line is off the hook. She tells me they are aware and that they don't have anyone to deliver at the time because they are busy training. I order my food, two pizzas, one of which was a chocolate chip pizza. I get my food and drive all the way back home. I look in the box and find that there are NO CHOCOLATE CHIPS in my CHOCOLATE CHIP PIZZA!! Absolutely ridiculous! It has one topping and they forgot it. I had to drive back and get my money back. The second experience was not too long after. I had ordered a sub and some fries for delivery one day and everything went fine. Got the food, it was what I asked for, everything was fine. Fast forward not even a week later. I try ordering the same thing after getting off work, because I'm exhausted and don't feel up to cooking or leaving the house. They tell me my order isn't big enough to deliver even though I just ordered the exact same thing not even a week before and that they were able to do it then. I can't even tell you how livid this place makes me. Their customer service is beyond terrible and I honestly don't see how they stay open with such bad customer service.
