While driving back to Miami, I stopped here for a pizza. Unfortunately, the experience started off very badly because of the hostess. She gave me dirty looks and acted as if she was doing me a favor by letting me eat there. I don't care how much someone gets paid--basic customer service and respect should always be part of the job. When I asked about seating, her response was simply, "You can sit wherever you want," delivered with a rude attitude. I wasn't asking for anything for free; I was just a paying customer looking for a meal after a long drive. Because of the way I was treated, I didn't feel welcome at all. The service was horrible, and based on this experience, I will never come back. read more

Boston Pizzeria - Bad services - Pizza Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

Great Gluten Free Lasagna, so excited to finally get some. Will definitely be back to try the pizza.

Poor service-waitress didn't make attempt for basic polite conversation. She got our order wrong. Pizza was greasy, more cheese than toppings with oil dripping. read more

Great food, service. Excellent pizzas....cant go wrong eating here. Best marinara sauce and cheese bread

Boston Pizza on Woodruff Road. What an amazing place. Great food, great service, great ambience. I highly recommend this place......

Grace was our very energetic sweet friendly server tonite. Outstanding service!!! We enjoyed our dinner and our meals were all delicious and served hot in temperature which was great! Nice casual atmosphere with reasonable prices and great menu with lots of options. They also offer Greek entrees. Truly a fun local neighborhood restaurant with wonderful staff!!! read more

A simple request for a cheeseless pizza turned into a nightmare, resulting in an inedible pizza without any offer of a remake or refund. Marena L. It's interesting that your restaurant made the pizza to my liking more than once. Fox's Den Pizza made a cheeseless pizza for me for years and it was not dry. read more

Boston Pizzeria - Dry and burned pizza that smelled like BBQ sauce. - Pizza Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

Good is great! Pizza even better! Small local restaurant with good service and simple dishes that are made with a knack for good Italian and Greek touch. At least it seemed that way. read more

Great pizza for a birthday celebration. Everything is delicious so there's something for everyone

I've been there many times , food is always good and hot. Servers are friendly . They have gift certificates and desserts.

Pizza was a bit expensive, but it came to me extremely hot and the crust was immaculate! Overall a great pizza

Oy! First, the woman behind the counter does not even bother to pick her head up from her phone to greet customers. She must be playing Words With Friends or something! The restaurant is filthy. We see someone's fake fingernail laying in the middle of the floor. The pizza was just okay. After seeing the state of the restaurant, I was a little nervous about what might be floating around in the sauce. They have outdoor cushions on the booths which are ill fitting and slip around with every move. Crumbs everywhere. Nobody cleaning. I am certain that we will not return. read more

Their calzones make it worth the trip on Woodruff. Reasonably priced meals with good service make Boston Pizzeria a definite go to.

There was a reason you weren't on Uber eats or delivery apps it's because your staff isn't adequate enough to handle those orders. When I receive an order that I paid almost $100 for, a pizza that was $35, is missing I question not only Uber eats and their delivery driver, but you as an establishment when I do so and your establishment cusses at me and hangs up the phone and laughs in my face I'm disgusted. I've eaten in your restaurant many times when I saw you on Uber Eats I was excited and today was my birthday and you were the restaurant I chose. What a disappointment. Basilico will now always have my business. read more

The food is amazing. The best food that I've had in a long time. Pizza was awesome salad good and cold service was great very attentive love the music and the vibe in the place. read more

Great gluten free pizza and menu. Lasagna and manicotti is amazing . Red velvet cake is delicious

Very excited for my visit visit. It's a close family restaurant which is one of my favorite concepts. The service is okay. Nothing special like what I was hoping. The salad tasted like it was fresh from the supermarket which was sad for a $4 salad that could be full of flavor. The gluten free chicken wrap was amazing. The flavor was heavenly and on point. The sauce for the pizza was good. We received our order of fries 5 minutes after getting our food which was disappointing because we were almost halfway through eating. I would give the food an 9 out of 10. The service a 6/10. The inside was just relaxing, quiet and open but could fit plenty of people so a 10/10. It's a great place to try if you haven't. read more

Favorite place for lasagna and chicken parm!! We ordered to go this visit and were not disappointed. I believe their meat sauce is the best around (I usually ask for it on my side of pasta). read more

My family went here last night, after we left another near by restaurant due to picky kids. What can I say, we were all pleasantly surprised!!! Family atmosphere, great service. The spaghetti and pizza were fantastic...it reminded me of the Italian restaurant my family used to frequent from when I was a kid. The portions are great, probably the 2nd best pizza I've had in Greenville...simple but tasty! They aren't the fastest, but it's not fast food. I've passed on this restaurant at least 100 times while driving in Woodruff Rd, but I'll be stopping back in in the future! Thank you for good service and great food! read more

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Friday night. We ordered a small pizza and a sub. Dion was our waiter. He was fantastic and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and the next time we're back it'll be one of the first stops! Easy 5 stars!! read more

Overall horrible experience, will not be going back. Garlic bread was FROZEN. (Still ice on it when picked up). Just a few pieces of lettuce with my salad, wouldn't even call it a salad. Burnt the chicken parm. Horrible all around. Not a true Italian spot. read more

Not worth the money. Tiny side salad and pizza was just ok. Yah I know that's what a side salad is but this was 1/2 a side salad. Not going back, spend your money somewhere else. read more

The only thing we enjoyed was the music!!! Ordered two side salads and two personal pizzas. They were NOT busy yet we waited approximately 15 minutes for the salads and another 30 or so for the pizzas. One pizza came out wrong (they corrected quickly) and the other one was cold. When told about the cold pizza, the waitress said it would be another 15 -20 minutes to get another one or another dish. The other option was to just take it off the bill and that is what we did. To make our experience worse, when we went to pay, we mentioned what happened and the cashier (we think owner) was not interested. She just said ok, didn't even offer an apology! Actually she didn't even ask us if we enjoyed our dinner! There are way too many other places to get good food and great service to waste your time and money here! read more

We had a great dinner- calzones, salads and pasta. Easy to order by phone, easy to pick up, masks and social distancing practiced. Food was great and we had enough for lunch the next day! read more

I don't love many places, but this is the only pizza place I ever want to go to. I love the pizza, and the eggplant dish over noodles. The cheese pizza IMO is the best pizza on the planet. Also, we tried a gyro today and it was great. Big soft pita with great tasting lamb. The gyro comes with tomato, lettuce and onion with taziki sauce. read more

Great pizza. Our go to for a solid pie. While there are other good pizza places around, this one is very very consistent

The food is good. The house dressing is the best. Staff is always friendly and deliver great service.

Really loved this cute place. Pizza was fresh, crust toasty, the calzone with chicken, ricotta, and mushrooms was fire. Even tried the Philly cheesesteak which was tasty. Staff was friendly and our food arrived pretty quickly. Will be going back for sure! read more

My boyfriend and I are in town for a concert for the weekend and Friday evening we were looking for a new place to try that we don't have back home and we came upon this little place and we're very pleased with not only the service, but the food was amazing! The pizza is amazing! If we are ever back down this way we will definitely be stopping back by! read more

Reason for only a 3 star review. Food was very good service was just average but this is another Greek resturant that charges an addition fee because you use a credit card. It does not cost them a dollar for each transaction but that's what they charge everyone. Not going to break me but really not a something that I will pay unannounced. Sorta like Spinks charges a nickel a gallon more to use a card v/s QT does not. Sorry I choose not to. read more

Very Poor Food Quality: Just ordered thru Bite Squad. Salmon salad appears to have HORRIBLY overcooked tuna. Eggplant parmigiana had no breading on eggplant, just boiled. Seriously bad food, won't go back read more

AMAZING FOOD!!! My family and I go here often. The staff and the owner are super cool people. The oven crispy buffalo wings are so delicious dipped in more buffalo sauce. They're crispy and hot every time. They have a great white gluten free pizza that is full of Italian flavors. The red velvet cake and baklava are perfect dessert options. read more

Delicious food and great service! We had the Fettucine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp today. Portions are huge! Easily enough for two meals! Calamari for an appetizer. Also delicious! Our new "go to" place for Italian food! read more

Ssveral dishes, friendly service, the pepperoni pizza was good, I tried the veggie lasagna. The chicken bacon calzone was very good.

Known of this establishment since i was a boy, fantastic staff and even more fantastic food. Will recommend to anyone willing to deal with woodruff over all others! Don't be fooled, the 4% credit charge is not to rob you, but to ensure a small business can survive supporting your personal credit score! I'll personally always recommend the philly cheese, to die for. read more

A few friends have talked about this establishment, so I figured it was time to give it a try. In defense of them, they have a large menu, so it may depend on what you order. I believe that is what happened with us. We were seated quickly. Drinks came very fast. I noticed mine tasted a little odd, but didn't say anything. A bit later when our waiter asked if I wanted more Diet Coke, I understood why. I had ordered Coke. I had a gyro. It was average. Nothing special. I also had fries. Those were not even average. My friend had a calzone, it was very good. Well above average. In fairness to the place, I will return at a later date, and if needed, update my review. read more

Highly recommend this authentic pizza restaurant in Greenville. They've been around for years and is family oriented. They have excellent lunch specials too! read more

We had the best food experience here tonight! The service was mediocre, but the food was amazing. W for the spicy Alfredo pizza which was just that- spicy and tasty. We split a Greek salad which was fresh and the house dressing was great. My kids got a pizza and spaghetti and also both were great. The drinks were reasonably priced ($4 for house wine, $5 for premium). We will be back again! read more
