For whatever reason he must have been having an off day because the length on the top was not what I was looking for. I only realized after I got home to shower. Today is Wednesday, I went in to have them fix the length on top, which they did. Only to have the owner take a chunk out of the top of my hair with the clippers, then try to tell me it's a cowlick...... My husband went in for a hair cut and walked out with botched cut. Anthony could not follow simple instructions on what my husband asked for. I know my husband is not the only one who is so meticulous about how they want their hair done. After examining his hair cut, he asked to get it fixed because ANTHONY simply could not fade his hair properly. It legitimately looks like they put a bowl on his head and shaved around it. I've been coming here for almost four years and have never been disappointed. They have about 8 barber stations, half of which are usually in operation at any given time. Most of the barbers there are top notch and really nice guys. Obviously after gong for awhile I have my preference and usually wait for them to open up. Even if you have to wait a few minutes, it's all good......... they have so many good current magazines and comfy chairs to wait in you don't even mind chillin' for a bit. They charge $15 for a cut, which isn't a bad deal. A few of the guys there also offer a full shave. read more

I knew I was taking a chance when I saw how old the barbers were at this place. Maybe I came in at a bad time, but when my turn came I ended up in the chair of a retired barbershop owner from Saginaw. Nice guy, no problem, but his idea of a haircut is to just shear it all off. Hell, three weeks later and I still don't need a comb. This was a very clean shop, and maybe it's my fault for not telling him to go easy on what little hair I have left. Anyhow, I don't think I'll be going back. For those who do go to Tony's, however, my advice is to speak up about what you want before you sit yourself down in that big swivel chair. I went there and asked for a trim. My hair was about 5" long and I wanted just a little taken off an I even told the guy to leave it long and just clean around the edges. I ended up with a bad fade and he cut off 2" on top. That's way more than a little trim. Highly unsatisfied. read more

My normal barber was not in and sat with someone else. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BARBERSHOP. The barber that helped me not only was rude, he kept talking to one of the other barbers in a different language for my entire haircut, He was so busy talking, he took my fade past the crown of my head. He was rude during the transaction and was offended when I asked him if the fade was supposed to end on top of my head. I no longer recommend this barbershop, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. To make a long story short I went to another shop and the guy made a mess of my hair. I was so embarrassed I couldn't even head home to my wife. I saw their shop and decided to give it a chance on my way from the barber who really messed up my hair. Ruben, one of the barbers there, did an amazing job and fixed me right up.
