Happy to have another spot in town to grab a quick and easy Herbalife drink. I was needing to hydrate between errands and remembered that this location existed. I live on the other side of town which is unfortunately why I haven't tried them sooner. As it worked out I could stop in and was happy as it was a quiet day and I was the only customer in. A young gal with blonde hair was working and greeted me. She was really nice and personable. She gave me a minute to look over the menu as it was my first time in and made some great suggestions based on what I told her I was craving. I ended up going with the watermelon cucumber loaded tea. I appreciated that I was in and out in only a few minutes, but again, only customer here. Service was friendly and the establishment was super clean and inviting. I appreciate their neon signage which made it easy to spot this stop from the street. Prices were comparable to my other loaded tea shop. All in all I loved my loaded tea, very refreshing, hydrating and just overall tasty. Nice staff work here and they have a great extensive menu. Even though I am loyal to my tea shop on the other side of town I am happy that I was finally was able to stop in and would honestly be back if I found myself needing "a pick me up" drink and running errands over here. Now that I'm reading the other one-star reviews, I see I've joined a very consistent club. Spoiler alert: same experience. I don't even like Blenders, but I gleefully drove across the street just to support some kind teen girls who didn't act personally offended by my existence. Our experience with ordering smoothies through the app was seamless and convenient. We arrived at the store and picked up our drinks without any wait. However, the strawberry cheesecake and mango orange creamsicle smoothies were disappointing. Both had an overwhelmingly chalky texture, making them difficult to finish. She was having a conversation with another woman at the counter (also white), and the difference in the employee's demeanor between the woman seated and myself was night and day. Am I surprised, shocked, or even appalled? No, it's Camarillo. I'm not oblivious or stupid. The demographic for the average customer is white and is for the most part making above the average income. This is an herbalife location. Truly a gem, its off the freeway! Plenty of parking and many businesses nearby! I went here since it was convenient for me! I walked in and sajd hello, and this girl truly ignored me... As I asked for my order she grabbed every container throwing them and slamming them everywhere which just gave you the energy of not wanting to be there! maybe, I just went on the wrong day. I did mention to her how I tried placing and order over the phone and instagram had the wrong number.... I tried looking it up thru google but at the time it would re direct me to IG. I did contact whoever manages their Ig directly and the person did apologize. aside, from the service I guess we can't fail making a shake. So their shakes and teas are good. Pricing is bettet than other locations in camarillo as well. Your aloe vera, tea and shake ranges anywhere from $10-18 depending what you add. There are multiple options of flavors, add ons and etc. Majority of the time some other guy works in the morning and he has great customer service so I would just go then. Me and my wife were excited to try this place out and came in and were totally ignored while she was having a full on conversation with another person and we stood right in front her and were not acknowledged at all for a couple minutes. Doesn't take long to say hello I'll be right with you. My wife stood right in front of her and she looked right through my wife until my wife interrupted her conversation. This place has okay Herbalife smoothies same as others. I will say that the reason for the low score is that they take forever and usually only have one person working. There is a blonde girl who is at least pleasant to talk with while I wait. Today I am writing because there was a brunette girl running the whole show today and she was helping people out of order I waited 45 minutes today for a shake that should not take that long. She had me pay up front so I couldn't not just leave. There is another location in Camarillo off of pleasant valley my advice is to go there. They are much faster and usually have two people working. I ordered a yummy Cherry Vanilla Almond Oatmeal Smoothie and a refreshing Pineapple Mamba Turbo Tea. Oh my gosh, they were soooo good! My favorite is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch but the Cap'N Crunch is also delicious. If you're stopping by after a workout, I recommend the Tower Shake Combo (the shake has the 24 Rebuild powder, which is super helpful in your muscle recovery). The blenders used are the Blendtec brand, so the resulting product is super smooth and creamy. EACH SMOOTHIE ALSO COMES WITH A SHOT OF ALOE WATER AND A LARGE CUP OF YOUR CHOICE OF ICED TEA! So, you'll definitely be hydrated afterwards. Remember to join their rewards program! Just give your phone number when checking out. Oh, and you can order ahead by phone, too, in case you're short on time. We tried the STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE and BLUEBERRY MUFFIN smoothie flavors. They were delicious and satisfying.
