I should not have continued to be forced into paying after I had told them that we had a relocation, but they continue to charge my account. They called me after I wrote a bad review and told me they would fix it, but here I am weeks later still being charged. I would say to never get a membership here, they will continue to charge you after filling out their paperwork and calling them. So I will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Not crowded. There are many rooms to workout, including an outdoor area. I like the dark projection room where my recumbent bike was located. There are small towels. I actually left to join Golds. My issue is when I left they called several times trying to get me to renew. I told two different people I had joined another gym and they kept calling. I finally blocked the number to this location. So then they started calling me from the 36th ave location. I told them I wasn't renewing and to stop calling. Guess what, they kept calling so I had to block that number too. It started to feel like harassment. That's the main reason for one star. Harassing me aside I would give them 2.5 stars.

I have been participating in their Traditional Bikram 90 minutes class since December 2019. Shira is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. From my observations, the studio is following CDC guidelines. For example, they are limiting the number of students in each class maintaining social distance, disinfecting all surfaces, requesting students to stay at home if they do not feel well. Students are expected to bring their own mats, towels and drinks. After several disk herniations, practicing hot yoga has greatly improved my flexibility thus I have been able to prevent traditional surgery. Also I have more breathing and cardiovascular endurance while swimming and bicycling. As a final perk, my skin looks great :) Thank you One Hot Yoga! Wanda :)

Tees, fairways and rough were far from acceptable. I dont think many people fill or replace divots. The cart path is really atrocious. Frankly, it's embarrassing.
