This lady, in a very rough and aggressive manner, told my wife that it was my wife's problem and said "nothing could be done because we drove away from the window. She was very rude and dismissive. My wife, who is not one to cause a scene, returned to the car with tears in her eyes. I just wondered what has happened to courtesy and "the customer is always right" attitude.
