But Dr. Shah and his staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr. Shah is very easy going and honest and tells you exactly what he's doing and why. Sometimes when you go to places like this you may not have any idea what's happening and just "trust the expert". But I much prefer Dr. Shah's style of communication. If only car mechanics we're like this! It's a new clinic, and everything is clean and brand new. Dr. Shah is a young guy and also appears to stay up to date on the medical literature, so I personally feel better knowing that his techniques aren't outdated like I sometimes feel with older doctors.

First off, the office has a modern decor and lots of dental rooms. It has a very sterile and clean feeling which is a great thing! My last office was sketchy and a little worse for wear. I think people rating her badly for root canal failures later down the line don't understand dentistry, that's not on her that's the gamble of the procedure. A root canal is kind of a last ditch effort to save a tooth. It's not pretty and it's painful to heal because that's the nature of an intense procedure which also isn't her fault that's just the way it is. Her and her team are so caring and patient. They do their best to calm, treat, and help you in any way possible. They even called me in a prescription for an antibiotic before my procedure when it started to hurt without making me drive 2 hours just to get it. I ended up under her care because I broke a buckle tooth eating kettle corn because I but down on a hidden kernel just right. I metabolise all numbing agents extremely fast which I told her beforehand. She kept checking on me during the procedure and even stopped to give me more and make sure I was comfortable again. Such amazing bedside manner. She's also extremely skilled! There wasn't any banging around hitting other teethn pinching of my lips, or any gum bruising... which can all happen. Very clear after care instructions and she gives out her personal cell for after hours emergencies! She's a rare breed and I highly recommend her in every way! Thank you Dr O'Keefe!
