They clearly failed to do this or would have asked for payment the day service was rendered before I left. Veronica who claims to be a manager is unapologetic and very rude. She gave me something to rinse with at home. It still flairs up and never had I had a cleaning that caused this problem. Next. I have an upper denture secured by implants (4 of them). She would NOT clean those implants without additional payment of $175. Never have I had that experience with any other dentist office. They do the implants with my cleaning. They mentioned implants are cleaned with a special tool. I felt ripped off. It is important the implants are done. I had one implant on the bottom she never mention to me. So I don't think she even cleaned to because she never changed tools. I don't know the dentists name but she was from India.

Gave him shots to numb him then left to work on another patient. Told our 5 yo to stop being a baby when he cried and complained that he could feel what she was doing. He had two instances where he jerked away from the pain and she just told him to not move and she would have been done by now. Completely unprofessional, and he is now absolutely terrified of the dentist.
