Called to make a last minute appointment and Nancy took on my acrylic removal. She did an amazing job! Quite the transformation and exactly what I asked for. Milky white color they had music playing in the back so it was nice considering it was pretty noisy.

Cindy has been doing my nails for little over a year and never disappoints!!! My nails last long and the art is always on point! She even did my daughter's nails after mine which was so amazing! Great patients for small kids! She even has done my brows!! All the ladies are so welcoming!! Love coming here

I felt like it was time to give another shout out to my favorite nail salon in Riverside. Staff has stayed pretty consistent over the years and so has the quality of service. Today my mom and I decided to bring my 6yo and 8yo daughters with us. It was around 5:45 and the business closes at 7pm so we were prepared to be turned away at the door what with 4 pedicure requests and no appointments. But, these ladies never fail - they took us in, gave us all amazing pedicures and did not rush or skimp on the treatments. They are always so nice, friendly, and pleasant.

I came in on a Monday during lunch and they did a full set and a gel pedicure in about an hour 15 minutes. I walked right in. Beautiful work and super friendly. This will be my new monthly lunch routine. So happy to have found this place! The almond shape is immaculate and my pedicure was wonderful. Thank you ladies!

This used to be my go to nail salon! I loved coming here. The customer service was great, Jamie did a great job on my nails and it's close to my home. Well the past 3 times upset me. The first one was I made a reservation and I waited an hour additional. Then the next time I was a walk in and another wait (didn't mind since I walked in) then today I had an appointment. I sat down 10 min prior to my appointment to be told that my nail lady was 30 min behind. You would think that someone would of told me ahead of time prior to coming in or even you know not take someone in right before the appointment. I decided to leave because I needed my nails done by a certain time and went with 3D nails which is 5-7 min away from this location. Bummed that I won't be staying with Jamie at top 10 but I can't go back to a place that is not on time with appointments.

I wanted to show my prior reviews so that Mindy understands this is not my typical review.

Such a huge disappointment! I always call to book a appointment. Like most of us I have a busy schedule and sitting and waiting on a nail technician is not a good use of my time. Mindy has kept me waiting long periods of time twice now. The first time she was 40 mins late and I sat. Yesterday I called was told yes she has a 2pm appt available went in. I arrived at exactly 2pm. I was left waiting on her for the next 25 minutes. Needless to say I passed on getting my fill. Professionalism is about respecting and valuing your clients. This woman seems to think her clients should wait on her? I am reasonable 5 or even maybe 10 minutes ok. But not what you are doing now. No wonder your shop struggles. You don't get it! Perhaps doing walk ins only would be a better option? At least that way your clients wouldn't be expecting that you would honor your commitment to their appointed time.

My cousin and I came in wanting to get our toes done. They did not let us choose the winter package which was around $43 instead they kept pushing the 51 dollar one.. #weird. Should have left but they were already cutting our toenails & had the water running and all . The lady who did my toes ended up cutting my big toe nail and made it bleed.

This business, spotless and efficient, is open with all precautions in place but the same deft and caring creative services - relaxing and rejuvenating. These days we need to self care and spoil ourselves a bit to keep up spirits and physical wellbeing . Today Pam did wonderful gentle work (I've had knee replacements ) with every sanitary condition in place . A local family business like this deserves to be supported and patronized as the technicians here exhibit the highest standards of professionalism, and genuine caring for each patron.

Why is the bed of the nail so sloppy/uneven and still on my cuticle.

I wish i got the nail tech's name. But i went in for a powder dip. Asked for square tips. She had filed them unevenly. I asked her if she minded if i shape them real quick before she started putting powder on. She said no that she'll file them again after the dip and if i wanted to fix them, to fix them on my own at home after. (are you serious?) Then she puts the base for the dip on so extremely sloppy that every one of my cuticles had powder dip on them and she ended up spending double the amount of time trying to clean up the sloppiness off my cuticles. In the process she burned my cuticle in the same spot TWICE. This is still what i walked out with...

After doing gel with them 3 times. My nails have never looked this. Never. Yellow, weak, thin , with discoloration. Ugh

I loved this place a lot before this last time. Close to home, nice ladies, etc. Howecer, I got the same lady as last time and again my nails did not last and worst my nails got damaged. Told them ( older lady and helper) please so not use the little machine to remove the gel polish because the older lady left my nails very thin and they hurt. She said it's fine and still did it. I wanted to cry from the pain. I had not had gel for 3 years and had them done since January due to job interviews. By April and may my nails got damaged. I had naturally nice long nails. Now they are beyond thin, short, brittle, yellow (never had that) and what seems to look like fungi. I say that because the nail bed under the nail is no longer attached to my skin. They look so bad. The older lady is not a good tech. She's sweet but I am so mad and disappointed. I am so sad.

Got my nails done on Friday by Wednesday my polish was chipping looking very unkept and horrible so on that Wednesday I called and talked to the lady who sits in the front she said to come in at 6:00 when I got there she said Cindy is off and no one in here can fix your polish I was shocked I've been going to them for 2 1/2 months faithfully so I politely said cancel all of my every other Tuesday appointments I will no longer do service with them there Polish is very cheap this is not the first time it chipped this is the first time I went to complaint and politely asked them to fix my polish they said no so I took my business over to precision on Lasierra in Ralph's parking lot read more

Worst worst worst experience ever! The lady on the reception did my gel manicure. I don't know if she's the owner, I can't believe they have good reviews, I did manicure and pedicure. The lady didn't know how to apply nail color. It's super uneven and messy, I tried telling her so many times that nail color is uneven but she kept fixing my cuticles. It's gel manicure and it looks as if my toddler painted my nails it's so bad. Never ever going here again. They are just the worst! read more

I've been here four times. Every time I've gone here I have had misshaped nails, attitudes about pointing out the flaw, and my nails have broken not even a day after the service twice now. This time they even left an air bubble in my acrylic that the lady said was "fine", the nail popped off the next day. I do not work a labor job, or use my hands, so I was astounded. They do not communicate pricing, the pricing they do show is outdated, and if anything add more at the end when you're checking out, putting you on the spot with a price that was not mentioned. I pay 100 dollars every time I come here for a simple French tip and toes done. What a waste of time and money when I and you all could be supporting a small business that actually cares about their craft. read more

I love the way they do my nails....they get 5 stars with that. The 1 star review is for having me wait for over 20 minutes even with a scheduled appointment. I get they want as many customers, but its common courtesy. Needless to say, I didn't stick around. read more

Came in as a walk in less than an hour before closing time and I was seated right away, so I was very appreciative of them taking me in despite the time! I got a gel pedicure and loved every moment of it! The nice woman who did my pedicure was very thorough and sweet, and took her time to make sure I enjoyed the experience. The massage was great and my toes ended up looking great! At the end of my pedicure I discovered that the woman who did my pedicure was Annie, who I now see is well known at this nail salon for her great work. I guess I really lucked out! I will definitely be back here for my next pedicure/manicure needs! :) read more

Don't waste your time here (particularly if you are a black woman). The owner will over look you to greet and accommodate other customers. This has happened to me on more than one occasion (only the owner is rude).I have been told several times to "come back later or come on another day" even after having an appointment!! I had a set appointment and upon arrival the owner ignored me even after I told her I made an appointment. She spoke in her language to the other workers, and when I asked her if I was going to be helped or not, I was told "we are busy". She made sure to accommodate another customer and apologetically explain to her the reason for the wait. I will no longer patronize this shop!! read more

Scheduled an appointment. First time going to this salon. Worst appointment in my 30 yrs of getting my nails done, which by the way, I do religiously biweekly. Getting a simple gel manicure on my natural nails that I keep trimmed. The technician Donna was the rudest nail tech I have ever encountered. She wanted to up sell me to get a warm gel manicure. I was unfamiliar so I was asking a few questions to understand what it was. She kept telling me it was better, make nails strong and long. I explained I didn't want long nails. She seemed to start getting angry. I asked her to be careful with the surface if my nails as they are very thin when she started with her filing drill. Again with the warm gel sell. She started to file by hand my nails, didn't ask how long or shape I wanted. I said could you please cut them down to match the shortest nail I have which I showed her and to give them an oval shape. She cut them down and filed. Then she takes my hands and shoved them up towards my face and say you like? I said they are a bit square can you round the corners some. She is filing away and then asked me again. They looked like 10 completely different filed nails. No two alike. I said maybe just a little more oval vs square. She said someone else do you. She cleaned up her station and left me there with terribly filed nails and with 1/2 done gel removal. She said all others are busy now you wait someone else do you. I said ok I can wait. So as I waited I filed my own nails to the shape I wanted. About 15 min goes by and nail tech Nancy comes over and says, you go somewhere else. We busy now and when we done 7:00 we close you go somewhere else. I looked at this person in bewilderment. Hello, what just happened here all I wanted was a very simple gel manicure with oval shaped, trimmed nails. I tried this salon because close to home and a few good yelp reviews. What a big disappointment! Don't spend your money here to get terrible work done and be treated so rudely there are so many other nail salons. Don't bother with this one!!!! read more

FUNGUS READY TO HAPPEN!!! Watch out this place does NOT CLEAN their equipment. They pretend to but they only wipe things but dont deep clean and DONT USE AUTOCLAVE!!!! They claim to deep clean. However I saw no cleaning just a wipe down with the same towel she had used on me which was dirty. She wiped the instruments down and placed them back on her tray NO DEEP CLEANING. No plastic bag on the spa...this place is filthy!! And they OVER CHARGE I pod $35 for a simple mani pedi no paint. read more

I went a couple of weeks ago for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Pedicure was ok. The dip was so insanely thick, all over my cuticle and my nails were completely uneven. When brought to the nail techs attention her response was "wash your hands". Another woman came over looked at my nails and said something to girl that did my nails. She started filing the sides of my nails, basically my skin raw, clearly mad I said anything. I just had her stop all together. At this point I'm just done, my nails look horrible, she cut me with her drill and is now "fixing" my nails with an attitude making them worse. I think this was a new girl as I had never seen her before. My mom loves this place so I decided to give them another try. She's been going for a few years now and the last few times I had been in everyone was really nice and I left happy with the services I received. I made an appointment yesterday for myself and my mom. Told the girl my mom wanted to see Jamie for her fill but that anyone could do our pedicures and my manicure. The girl on the phone said as long as we didn't mind waiting a bit for Jamie, to go ahead and come in at 5:30. She said that they'd be able to at least get our pedicures going and Jamie would be finishing up with her client. No problem. We show up 10 minutes early and you could tell they were way overbooked. They began whispering and the same girl I booked the appointment with said you didn't tell the girl to book your mom with Jamie, she has another appointment on the way. I let her know that not only did I tell her she wanted to see Jamie but the girl said we'd just have to wait a bit for her to start on my moms fill. So clearly, I had asked for her specifically by name. The same girl rudely says YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT... super defensive. I was a little taken back by her attitude. She never offered for anyone else to do my moms nails just asked if we wanted to come back another day. Regardless if Jamie was double booked or not she should have at least apologized for the mix up and offered for someone else to take care of her nails as we had an appointment. We ended up leaving and finding another nail salon closer to home that was amazing. I could not believe the attitude of this girl, as if we had done something wrong! Needless to say neither of us will be returning! They should really hire someone friendly and customer service oriented to deal with paying customers! read more

The reason for the low stars is the quality of the product they used for the dip nails. I got them done on Saturday and by Sunday there were already cracks. The service was fast for walk in, but wouldn't try it again due to quality. Please see photos. read more

I got dip nails and it was absolutely horrible my nails ended up getting mildew on them . I normally don't come to this nail salon but I was in the area with my family and we decided to come here . Not only that I asked for a design on my ring finger and the lady who was doing my nails could not do the design and had to get another person to do the design and she could not even complete it . And she told me well it's not gonna be perfect. I was very disappointed. One day after the dip was applied my nail chipped and from there the dip started cracking and my nails got extremely brittle. Will not be going here again due to the poor quality of dip product . When I go to my normal salon my dip last up to 3 weeks not 1 week . read more

I am so excited I found this place! I came into the nail salon for the first time the friday before Christmas, it was busy everywhere I went but they were so kind to take me last minute. The nail salon was clean and they have some flat screens around the salon for background noise. The day I went they were playing "bad moms" which was nice because it felt like a girls night out even though I went alone . On to the nails.. I am obssesed with my nails! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it to a T. I highly recommend you check them out if you haven't yet. read more

Annie is amazing genuinely cares about what her clients want and if you have a concern she'll take care of it. Photos show the last two sets she's done for me...I've been coming here for a long time & it's always a good vibe. Funny story today the manager Jackie helped with a crying baby singing and bouncing her around so her mom can finish doing her nails which is customer service at its' finest in my opinion lol read more

I've been searching for a new spot for awhile now. I used to go to a different one for a lil over a decade. But for the past couple months, I felt like my nail tech wasn't doing the same job as before. So a friend of mine recommended Jamie. She raved about Jamie & I always loved my friend's nails every time she gets them done. So I tested it out today, and let me tell you, Jamie did NOT disappoint! I am so happy with how she did my nails to how I exactly wanted them. She didn't take a long time either. I got a gel fill on my acrylic. She got the exact shape I wanted to a T & they're all even! I'm going to keep going to Jamie. She's amazing! & so nice too!! read more

Worst manicure I've ever had it's literally been less then a week and my nails look like crap! Don't waste your money here P.s I did not feel comfortable seeing someone have there child who is no more then 7 or 8 handling the cash register I don't care how good she's become at doing it there are plenty of workers who where just standing around that could have taken up that task. Imagine if a mistake is made and someone is overcharged. Smh read more

I used to go here years ago, then I moved and hadn't really been back. I was told it was under new management, it's been a while now and I was even more skeptical to go, but I shouldn't have been. The girl in the front is young and really nice. The whole place got a make over. It is still small but it's a little more modern. I am docking a star because of the wait. I was told 15 mins but waited 30. I got helped by someone sitting on the second chair. She was amazing. I'd previously had gone to get my nails done and they looked so bad I needed them fixed. I told her I wanted coffin shaped nails. She did amazing. Took her time, fixed the mess someone else had done. My nails have not looked this nice in so long. She made them shaped right and thin. I hate bulky nails. I'll be coming back. read more

Did not enjoy my time here. My acrylic nails were very crooked and the length was uneven. Asked for french tip and the design was not good. Kept raising the price as I was asking for a thinner french tip, and they charged me extra for it. Ended up going to a different nail place to get them fixed. read more

Annie never fails. Best pedicure ever. Always takes her time and does a great job. I follow her where ever she goes. This is also a very nice salon everyone is nice and everything is super clean. Receptionist was very personable which was a good start. I had acrylics put on by Tommy. They had a plastic cover for each table top arm rest which made me feel the place valued hygiene. Unfortunately it turned into a painful experience as I was nicked SEVERAL times with the nail files. At one point he made me bleed and used antiseptic. Passively apologized but wasn't more gentle. Didn't do finishing clean up on the paint and left acrylic hard glue stuff all over my fingers. Also grew uncomfortable with hygiene because Tommy had dirty nails and put grinding equipment away in an altoid looking tin that was covered in the grinding nail dusts. Idk how often that should be cleaned but it didn't look great. He did seem genuinely concerned that I get the length I asked for and the price was more reasonable than expected. I went here for the first time last week and I just have to say I freaking love Jackie lol I don't know why some of these people are complaining...I came in on a really rainy night, about an hour before closing and they totally accommodated me. Jackie did my nails and she did such an awesome job. And she was so nice and easy to talk to...low key Jackie would be the type of girl I would see myself being friends with lol we stayed way later past closing time as she finished up my nails and just chatted the night away! This is the best nail place I have ever been to! I walked in at about 6:30 and they were very busy so unfortunately I had to wait till about 8:30 to get my nails done, but it was worth the wait! Jackie stayed 2 hours past closing time to do my nails and even though it was late she took her time and did the best job I've ever had done on my nails in my entire life. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.
