This place is amazing. I went here for the first time today and it is definitely my new spot. It's going to be a challenge to not get a pedicure every day haha. The place is VERY clean and well staffed. The staff is friendly and attentive and does an amazing job. I went with my fiance, he agreed to come with as part of a graduation present for myself :) there was a woman next to us who had brought her toddler with her (which is a huge pet peeve of mine. If you can afford a pedicure you can afford a sitter, don't ruin someone else's "spa" experience by bringing your unruly, wining child along). Any who, the woman was reading on her kindle, paying very little attention to her son who was touching the salon's equipment and the staff had to essentially babysit for her while she sat and got a pedicure. I've bee to this salon twice.. I got paraffin wax on my feet twice.. Both times were different.. It depends on who you get.. The first time the taller Chinese guy did it and he gave me a stone massage but he did a sloppy job on the parrafin it was so messy! The second time I got a Chinese girl she did the paraffin wax on my feet it was clean and not messy...but she didn't do the stone massage on my legs...Do not let the tall Chinese guy do your pedicures he does a horrible rush job.. If I could give a Zero star review I would. I have came to this salon 3 times in the past 3 years and every single Time I have visited them they have consistently showed they have horrible customer service. The first time I went I to this shop I had a gift certificate for a manicure and a separate certificate for a pedicure, they hesitated to take both together but at the end they took them but still charged me a $5 fee(who knows for what). The second time it was again with a certificate but only this time I had my 7 year old brother with me. the whole time I was In there they kept staring at my brother and me very nasty and were clearly talking in their language about them. And the 3rd time they were just very unprofessional. I had a appointment and when I walked in and asked what I needed I told them I had an appointment and they looked at me as if the had never heard the word "appointment" before. After sitting In a pedicure chair for almost an hour and getting worked on by 2 different guys the job was horribly done. I asked for a square cut and got a round one. After moving to the 'burbs from the city, I tried about 4 other places in Larchmont, Scarsdale, etc. but they were all terrible because the manicures would chip in 2-3 days, without fail. So 2.5 years after moving I had been still getting manicures in the city regularly until I found Top 10 last month, which does a fantastic job (manicures are consistently still flawless after a week). My only complaint is that it gets super busy and often the wait is really long, but still it's more convenient than going to the city!! read more

I've gotten cut on my feet 3 times here. Last year I tried the powder manicure. They used the power file on my nails. When one nail fell off a week later I saw the result. They had destroyed my nail bed. I had what looked like a hole in the center of my nail. When I went in and complained the tech said-you don't have the right kind of nails for this. Funny she didn't mention it when I got it done. The place is clean. The polish lasts about a week and half on my toes-they thin it down a lot. I stopped going after they cut me the last time. It's just too busy and no one seems to care at all about quality. It's rushed and crowded and long waits are common. If they were at all gentle or cared about the quality of their work I'd give it another chance. Sadly that isn't the case. read more

DOES NOT DO QUALITY WORK!!! I have been going to Top Ten Nails for years. I finally started going back (due to covid) and got a powder manicure. The same evening 2 nails chipped and each day thereafter the same happened to the rest of my nails with several of the polish popping off. (This never happens) Unfortunately I was away and could not go back till I returned which was today. I had called about the problem and requested they redo it and made an appointment. They refused to redo manicure for nothing and charged me 1/2 the cost and the person I spoke to had a very nasty attitude. I was outraged, there was clearly something wrong with the powder/original manicure and they would not stand behind their work. I told them if I pay half this would be my last time ever going there. So for $20 they lost a monthly customer! With all the nail salons in the area I would think they would want to keep all their regular customers they have and go out of their way to make people happy. Came here for a green tea spa pedicure and mani. Everyone was really nice and friendly and the woman doing my nails did a great job. While I was drying someone came and gave me an amazing massage!! I have gone here before and had a bad experience: the women are very judgmental and I do not like their work ethic. I decided that I would give them another try only Bc they have a wide selection of gel colors. Anyways long story short they have bad work educate. They cut me TWICE!! Bleeding and everything and it's been 4 days and the gel is already cracking and I don't use them for hands on work. Also they're prices don't match quality. Wow is all i can say. I've moved to New Rochelle two years ago and have been seeking a great mani and pedi. Let me tell you how many mediocre nail salons I have been to in Westchester. It's beyond ridiculous. However, today I decided to have a pamper day and I was reading about Top 10 Nails. First off I was happy that there was parking. Then upon entering I was immediately greeted and sat down to someone doing my pedicure. She was diligent, very kind and literally took her time doing my pedicure. It's one of the best pedicures I've gotten. Usually I frequent the city for quality work but honestly this place has taken the top choice for my now go to place for mani and pedicures. I have tried so many nail salons and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and hygienic it is. They have plastic liners for the pedicure machines and open a new pack of nail tools every time you get a pedicure. LOVE that! There are always a couple massage therapists walking around to offer you massages while you are getting a manicure. I went into the salon initially to ask for change to pay my daughter's doctor whose office was right next door. I was due for a fill in and decided that once I got the change I would get my nails done. Now once I walked in it seemed like everyone stopped speaking. I asked the lady at the desk if she could give me change for a ten. She starts to take money out but notices that my bill was ripped so she said something to one of the other employees in their language and then informs me that she can't give me change because of the tear. Came here for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was wonderful they do a nice job and there are tons of beautiful pedicure spa chairs! They didn't have many shellac colors to offer at least when I came in and one manicurist files off the old shellac after soaking..I don't like the drill it hurts my fingers. There is no communications, it's like a factory line. Pedicure chair sit there until one of the people that works there will be able to service you. You can wait forever. There is no asking how long. I would never go back to this nail salon again! I've had not one, but two terrible experiences at this establishment. My last experience involved waiting 20 minutes for a pedicure while two other people who came in after me were helped before me. Then the woman who was doing my pedicure went to turn on the bubbles in spa and all the water came shooting up at me for two full minutes!!! My jeans were completely soaked. I had to Ask for a towel to put under myself and they were not very accommodating. I had brand new suede boots with me that were sprayed on and completely ruined as well. I made it known they were damaged and no one wanted to deal with the fact that they were responsible. When I got up to get out of the pedicure chair the floor was completely wet and no one had attempted to dry it and I almost fell right there. I was then placed in a chair and told my manicure would start soon. I waited 25 minutes until the girl who was doing my friend asked, "why is no one helping you?" I said I'm not sure why and she started consulting with her colleagues and no one would come do my manicure. I stayed for the manicure only because this woman was extremely nice and offered to do my nails WHILE she did my friends nails at the same time because she felt bad. Other employees were sitting around or giving free massages to other customers who were finished with their services. I've never felt so disrespected and treated worse by any people in the customer service industry. I said I was never going to come back after the first time I went there and the woman who did my manicure YELLED at me because I asked to pay the tip on my debit card and she said no you need to pay in cash and "I saw cash in your wallet". So please don't go to this nail salon. They are really terrible and don't deserve your business. read more
