Regular manicure and pedicure or something more fancy - they have everything... and prices are very adequate, as some of the other places in mamaroneck went over the board and difficult to make an appointment. Bad overall experience. I asked for a regular pedicure, which comes with a 5 minute free massage ($23). The technician was rushing and didn't even wash my feet before starting. There was absolutely no massage and the paint job was iffy. I was done in less than 10 minutes. There was no back rub while drying either. I tipped her $3 (which I didn't even want to do considering the experience) and she complained and asked for more money. She added that the minimum was 18%. I would've gladly given her 20% (my usual!) had I not had a horrible, rushed experience. What a disappointment. read more

This place pretty good ! My heels were scrubbed until super smooth, my cuticles cut neat, and the polish actually covered my entire nail (no gaps on the sides, yay!). That being said, I can see what people mean about the whole "tip" situation. I like to tip at the end (as I say my thank you's right after drying) but as soon as I stood up, I was hovered by the techs that worked on me. Like....just gimme 5 inches of space so I can get the cash out of my purse! I was gonna tip them nicely anyway, but I could definitely see them giving someone a piece of their mind if they didn't tip. Kind of kills the vibe after the service. read more

This nail salon is dirty and the staff is not very nice. They were very rough while doing my nails to the point where I was bleeding. Since they were rushing through the process and being sloppy that's when then nail file sliced the side of my cuticle. They continued to use the dirty tools used for all the other customers and didn't even acknowledge the fact that's there was blood dripping from my finger. Not clean and not nice. After it all I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out in fact I want to take them off and go to a different salon. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

Really. If you need something gentle then Nina might not be for you, but I thought she was spot on. Manicures are excellent, aside from that the pedicures are over priced for the amount of time and energy. The do not use liners in the tub, and infact charge $1.00 if you want one. Courtesy massages are terrible, a 5 year old could do better. During the week it runs much smoother, but they need to pay more attention to their clients, ( some simple hello and thanks would be nice.). This place could be a real money maker with some better management. I've given it multiple tries, but feel it's time to go elsewhere. read more
